Hidden Gem
Such a wonderful suite on a very quiet street. Barb is super sweet and I really enjoyed staying here. Hope to stay here when I come back for nationals next month. Thank you.

Overnight stay
Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Saw a few things in the bathroom that was kinda gross. A booger dried to the shower curtain and what looked like a poop stain on one of the white towels. Other than that it was nice.

Second stay with this host
I loved the pool house, it was comfortable and had everything that I needed for a week long stay. I appreciated the snacks and water. This site is located close to several restaurants and casual eating places. The parking was easy and I felt very safe staying alone while visiting family and taking care of business. Barb is very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

Comfy Cozy King Suite
Barb was such a kind host. I accidentally booked my reservation on the wrong week. I reached out to Barb & she kindly moved my reservation to the correct dates. She said it was no problem b/c she had the correct dates available. Barb provides a welcome book that gives her guests all the information they will need to care for the space, operate remotes & how to reach her just in case they need assistance. In addition to, detail parking instructions that was needed for me to have a worry free stay. This Comfy Cozy King Suite in Bakersfield, was just what we needed to visit family in the area. Thank you Barb for a pleasant & safe stay.

The perfect little place!
I really loved this place and everything about it (comfy bed, well-stocked, private, great location, and very clean)! The hostess was also really quick to reply to messages, and even extended my stay for me at the last minute, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return on future trips to Bakersfield.

Lovely stay
This was wonderful! My husband and I just needed a place to stay for one night and this had all we needed and more. The bed was comfy, the tv had Amazon prime/Netflix with accounts logged on for us to use! The bath was so luxurious, and a/c worked great. Barb was so so sweet and accommodating, from arriving really late at night to forgetting my dresses at the house and needing to go back after check out haha. Would definitely stay again!

Barbara was an excellent host. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and we reached out to her it only took her a few minutes she got back to us with step by step. Very helpful. The place is beautiful with gorgeous decor and the pool was an awesome bonus! We enjoyed our stay, comfy bed as well thank u Barbara

The property was beautifully maintained. Cute intimate setup. Owner is nice. A lil weird its behind a private residence. Never experienced that before. But privacy was maintained the whole way. Pool was private but cant swim after 9pm we didnt get to enjoy the pool after our night out.

Quiet poolside suite
This is a spacious, nicely appointed suite with king bed in a quiet neighborhood. The latmospheric bathroom has a wood ceiling and deep tub. Coffee area had many thoughtful touches. Great value if you are looking for a place to stop on I-5 and there is lots to explore around Bakersfield.
