Dear Leonardo We will address this directly to our Management Team. Please note that as our Housekeeping is not working in the afternoon and that the check out time is fix at 12 o'clock we charge a penalty fee, because the room you find when coming back to the hotel was just the status as a staying room, not the end cleaning, so the staff had to come in the afternoon for compleating the cleaning of the room.
