\"La casetta di Foscolo\" is a place that ensured a comfort and well equipped experience. Placed in a quiet area just a few minutes walking from the main places of Venice such as San Marco and Rialto. This apartment is surrounded by many activities and restaurants. This is the perfect choice for families with kids given the tools made available precisely thought for children.

The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a main bedroom, an open spaced living room connected with the kitchen.

Comfort is guaranteed by the followings:

kettle, Italian coffee machine, coffee maker with NescafĆØ coffee pods, microwave, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack...

Entertainment is also made available by free wifi, flat screen tv, and the many restaurants and attractions of the city.

Air condition and heating match the necessity of the guests, together with the new generation memory foam mattress necessary for a good night sleep, after a long day of sightseeing.

Casetta di Foscolo welcomes also small guests, proving child seat, wc adapter, crib, baby bottle, stroller (0-36 months), changing table and much more.

Great location in a quiet area. We loved it! Just wished the AC was working. The fan was running but not cooling. We informed management but they couldnā€™t get it fixed in the three nights we stayed there.

The area is a little off the beaten path so itā€™s very nice and quiet. This also means you have to walk a bit further to the sites than other properties. The communication was great and the place had everything we needed.

The apartment had a kitchen and had proper equipment. We were able to cook meals several times. The space was great. Our view was street level in a quiet quaint alleyway. The manager met us at the apt and answered all our questions. He was very kind even when he had to wait 15 minutes due to our ferry being late.

Every thing was as expected, but the electric plug cover in kitchen wasnā€™t attached to wall and the electrical outlet in bathroom wasnā€™t safe . Had to hold my plug in the outlet or it wouldnā€™t work

A beautiful walk to old town along the river, just under a mile. Pizzeria and a desert cafe very close by. Clothes washer was a little tricky, so get a thorough orientation. Otherwise, it was great stay.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and it was very clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the ease of communication usings WhatsApp. The only complaint was that the address listed on the VRBO site is not the actual address. We filled the VRBO address using Goole maps and ended up on the other end of town. Make sure you follow the address that the property manager provides not VRBO.

This was our 1st visit to Venice and actually 1st time in Italy. The apartment was exactly as pictures shown and our host from Venice Villas Victoria was delightful and helped us everytime a question or need arose, which as far as the apartment there was no needs after arrived excepan extra towel and toilet paper which both were promptly delivered. I will always plan to stay with Venice Villas whenever we plan our next trip to Venice would love to see all there propeties. Thanks again Victoria for being such a wonderful host.

The property is wonderful. Close to many shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk from San Marcos square. The host are most wonderful. The view is amazing. Staying here you will not be disappointed. Totally worth it.

The apartment was in a great location! It had everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable and we slept great! There is not a couch or chairs on which to sit, except for a day bed, but we spent most of our time out exploring so that was not an issue for us. Coffee was available for us. The check in/out process was good. The property manager met us on site to collect the payment.

All and all was great. The mattress was not a comfy one, it is a bit dark inside but that canā€™t be helped, could help to have more towels for bath and kitchen. Shower head wasnā€™t working but they fixed immediately! Bonus! We loved getting lost in Venice! Fun fun!

Nice apartment, as advertised. AC unit started leaking large amounts of condensation onto the bed in the kitchen area, but thankfully we weren't using that bed. There was a sewage smell in the apartment most of the time, but no actual issues with plumbing. Not sure if this is just a common thing in Venice apartments. There were some discrepancies between the price on the listing vs what we paid when we arrived, but we were at least grateful that we could pay it all by card. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in a spacious, otherwise comfortable apartment that was removed from the busier areas.
