This property was a nice stop halfway on our journey home and close to our point of interest -- Falling Water. The units share walls much like a condo, and are grouped in several rows with paved parking immediately behind the units. We found our unit to be reasonably priced, clean, and neat inside and out.
They are undergoing a rehab of their main facility (where offices are located) but it does not impact any of the logging. (It will be a nice addition when completed.) Perhaps the only thing that could be considered a negative were the potholes in the blacktop roads on the property where it appeared they had been washed out. Again, it does not impact the quality of the room units or the good value for the room rate.
Our bungalow was away from the highway and overlooked a small pond, and had a privacy-screened back patio and table/chair set but we didn't use because of the rainy weather when we visited. For anyone just passing through or coming for the whitewater rafting or touring Falling Water, it's a perfectly fine place to stay, especially for how reasonably priced it is during the summer season. You aren't paying for unnecessary bells & whistles that you won't use anyway, so it serves its purpose (clean & safe & not expensive) just fine.
