In reviewing your reservation, you booked a smoking room. Unfortunately, despite even the best cleaning attempts, often time a smoking room will have lingering smells of cigarette. For that reason, we always encourage guests to book non-smoking rooms unless they, too, are smokers. When you requested a room change, we did so immediately, and at no time did you state that the room was already occupied by someone else, so I am surprised to see that in your review, as I know that was not the case. We regret we were unable to meet your expectations for your recent stay.
