At the end of checking in, the hotel staff said that internet service in the room was unavailable, that only local TV stations were available, that there was no phone service, and that the casino could only take cash. We couldn't get ANY TV channels at all in our room. The next morning when we tried the shower, the "hot/cold" lever was difficult to operate and the "hot/cold" notations on the metal plate were upside down. When we rotated the plate so the labels would be right-side-up, the plate came away from the wall so we just pushed it back in and notified the hotel staff at checkout. We decided to check out a day early because of lack of internet/TV/phone services.
