This studio is ideal for anyone looking to live simply for a day or a month. We are centrally located with 15 restaurants and coffee shops within 2 miles of the home. For any healthcare professionals we are 2.6 miles from BUMC, 2.8 miles from TMC and 3.7 miles from St. Josephs Carondelet. We are just one mile from Reid Park Zoo, Randolph Golf Course, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens. And during Gem Show we are only 5 miles from the two main showcases here in Tucson.

It features a foam mattress, a mini-fridge furnished with water bottles upon arrival, a coffee pot, a hot plate, toaster oven, Wi-Fi and 40” Smart Roku TV with NetFlix access (login with your Hulu or Amazon account). Additional amenities include soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishes, pots and pans, towels and hair dryer that are all provided.

All studio guests will have their own entrance/entry code for the studio. Courtyard and laundry room is shared with three other units and laundry room is shared with top unit and tiny home. Laundry room is accessible on the west side of the building right next to the studio.

The shared space/yard features a gas grill, fire-pit, an outdoor dining area and laundry area. The studio was built in February of 2019, it is 8 feet wide and approximately 16 feet long.

Parking for the studio is located on the main street in front of the main house. The entrance has a wooden path along the main driveway that leads to a metal side gate on the west side of the main house. The studio has two french doors and is the lower unit of the two-story structure.

To the west of the unit is a separate laundry facility that has a folding space, iron and ironing board as well as laundry detergent and an iron. Behind the unit is a two-car garage that is for the upstairs unit.

The studio was built with high grade insulation to ensure excess sound and noise do not cause a bother during your stay. We do want to inform all of our guests that the upstairs unit can accommodate 4 but we do not allow animals. For three years this property has always been a great space for the gathering of friends of family and we appreciate any feedback or accommodation requests to ensure an excellent stay!

Security Cameras: We use outdoor security cameras. One on the main driveway and another on the east side of the home facing the street. Because the home is centrally located we feel this adds peace of mind for all of our guests.

Smoking: Because there is a plethora of outdoor space we do allow smoking in the backyard only. There is an ashtray on the table right outside the french doors. Properly dispose of all your buds. If you decide to smoke inside you will be charged a NON-NEGOTIABLE RATE OF $250 for the extensive cleaning, replacement of blinds and linens due to the smell so PLEASE use the large outside area.

Pets: This space is not suitable for any animals and we do not allow them on the property or inside of this unit. If an animal is brought in you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $200 and asked to leave.
