Nice hotel, very nice receptionist. Restaurant staff not very responsive.

Comfortable clean room, nice breakfast provided. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant too.

Hotel comodo e ben organizzato a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Tirana. Buono anche il ristorante e il servizio di reception che funziona molto bene. Camere spaziose e pulite

Not like the pics

I was a little disappointed overall. The rooms are very outdated, nothing like the pictures. The lights are very dim, therefore the rooms are super dark. The couch bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried. Breakfast wasn't great either. Pool was huge, probably the only plus. I also have to mention the hotel is in the middle of no where. There were abandoned factories and land around. So forget about going for a walk. To top it, when we were checking out, the housekeeper insisted we opened one of the water bottles in the fridge even though we brought our own water bottles, which was a different brand than what they use at the hotel. Then when I showed the extra I had in my purse to show the different brand, they said they were talking about mineral water bottle that was opened then closed, therefore it was missing bubbles. Like what? Probably won't be back.

Hello, Hope you are doing good. First of all we are really sorry for your bad experience at our hotel. The rooms are same as in pictures but it depends on lighting and which room you were in. Secondly, you must see in google maps the location when you make the reservation of any hotel just to make sure if there is any other place to go. Our housekeeping are really kind and respectful. Again we are sorry for your experience here and we are looking forward from you to be our guests again and why not to have better experience. Best regards,

I didn’t like that they would issue only one key to my wife and I. We sometimes do different things at different times. Very frustrating.

Hello, In our hotel a room must have only one key and it works in general like that. You could give the key to the receptionist and it would be easy to coordinate with your wife. The reason why we are giving one key is that we protect the environment by saving the electricity. Anyway we are looking forward from you to be our guests again and to have a great experience at our resort. Thank you and have a great day.
