I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The hotel is in a central location on one of the main (posh) shopping streets. It's described as 'relaxeqd' meaning staff are unobtrusive, which suited me well as I was working during the day. When you first arrive, you have to get the lift to the 4th floor to reach reception, which is a bit disconcerting but is absolutely fine and the reception staff are polite and friendly. The room I had was super clean, modern facilities, including a kettle! That alone was worth 5 stars as I could make a proper English cup of tea. The room was large and quiet (not overlooking the shopping street). The hotel is really close to all the main sights of The Hague. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment. There was a good deal on the room price, so for that reason it is definitely 5/5 for value and cleanliness for me, compared to other Hague hotels I've stayed in at the same price point.
