- The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend* (all weather permitting, and barring technical issues) 10am-7pm (Hours might be extended until 9pm later; Senior-only [55+] swim is 9-10am). Guests must obey ALL pool rules or risk being ejected (if serious offense - for rest of stay and fined).

- Parking: The driveway can fit up to ~5-6 vehicles (compactly parked, regular-sized). Overnight street parking is not allowed in the community.

- The central AC covers the main floor. We have installed a large, 14,000 BTU portable AC system downstairs for the hotter days. (It usually stays at a stable, comfortable temperature year-round on its own).

- Noise/rules: Please keep down any outside noise, especially after dark, and remember to respect the neighbors' comfort by the property, and in public spaces.

Our lake house is a large lake front property, located in a serene private community, with majestic nature all around. This means your own private access to the large beautiful lake (just through the backyard), plenty of space for your whole group to gather (or have privacy), and a clean, comfortable home for your stay.

*6 Bedrooms:*
- Mostly 12" mattresses of foam/latex and/or coil hybrids - total of 19 sleeping spaces (including top bunks, not including extra spaces).
- 2 pillows (soft+firm) per sleeping space. All linens and bedding provided.
- Huge, quality full-body mirrors.
- Lots of closet space, wooden hangers, drawers.
- Bedside lamps w/USB charging/outlets in top 3 bedrooms.
- Master BDR has private outdoor screen room, bathroom w/twin sinks, own climate control (heating), 50" 4K smart TV, mounted fireplace, 2 walk-in closets, clothes iron+board, large workspace w/full desk + ergonomic office chair.

- Body and hand towels provided.
- Handsoap, cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, toilet paper provided.
- Shampoo, bodywash, conditioner provided.
- Hairdryers in each (MBDR hairdryer most premium).

- 1 main and 1 backup.
- Plenty of sitting spaces at 2 dining tables and a counter-height bar table.

The home was beautifully kept and a majority of daily needs (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) we're available for use. Once checked in, easy access to exit and enter the property. Less than 30 minutes to local activities, restaurants and bars. Host was extremely accessible with any concerns. I would definitely rent again!

Thanksgiving in the Poconos

The house was perfect, perfect, perfect. The kids could play in their own corner of the house, the 20 somethingā€™s could do their thing and the ā€œgrownupsā€ (I use that term loosely) could play games and catch up on whatā€™s happened since last time we saw one another. When we did gather all together though the dinner room and family room easily fit us all. Oleg responded quickly to all my questions so a quick thank you to him. One final thingā€¦.the lake and abundant deer were a pleasant andcrelaxibg site as a well. Highly recommend this great place!

Relaxing vacation, great house

The house, yard, water views and lake access were great. We enjoyed kayaking and sitting by the water. Our small dogs enjoyed our stay. The yard was large enough and the flat area for them to run around on a long lead. The streets are safe to walk dogs around the neighborhood. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great Lake Access

Oleg and his house were great - enjoyed a short stay here to catch up with family and to visit Bushkill Falls which is very near to the house. Especially nice that there are new steps down to the lake with a nice sitting area where we could enjoy the view. (With much of the family over 60 years old, this was greatly appreciated.)

Plenty to do and tons of room to relax. Kayaking, hiking, biking, billiards, wildlife, itā€™s all right outside or nearby. Cooking meals is a breeze with the fully stocked modern kitchen. Communication with the owner, Oleg was on point. We would definitely return.

Nice place but needs some TLC

Enjoyed our stay at the property. A couple of details that could have been better. The house was clean when we arrived. The size and number of bedrooms and bathrooms fit our group perfectly. The kitchen table was large enough for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Loved the extra refrigerator and freezer in the basement. Really enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. There is room for improvement. The kitchen needs more tableware, specifically forks. Just enough for our group of 10 to eat a meal...had to wash them all after each meal to have them ready for the next. The carpet in the living room could use a solid shampoo...a lot of stains. Many of the walls could all use a coat of paint. Not enough (unbroken) chairs down at the fire pit. Normally I wouldn't note items above, but at that price, you expect the finer details. Kayaking was fun. The lake isn't for swimming...lots of vegetation that also made fishing difficult. Lastly the basement really smelled of mildew, even with the dehumidifiers running. While it improved during the week, the smell was always there. A few people in the group just couldn't go downstair because of allergies. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and they were very responsive to our questions.

House was clean and very spacious! Fully equipped kitchen! Plenty of towels! Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Pool was great! The lake wasnā€™t for swimming only kayaking. Be ready to climb up 56 steps from the house to lake šŸ˜‚. Itā€™s worth it! The outside nature is truly beautiful!

Mini Lake Vaca

The house was very large and clean. One day we drove to the Delaware Water Gap National Park and hike to the Tumbling Water Falls. The next day we just hung out on the lake all day, we brought some tubes and floated. We cooked and ate all our meals at the house and had everything we needed. It was a great relaxing mini vacation. Our family of 14 had a relaxing week at the lake. We enjoyed the kayaking, fire pit, game room, and spacious living area. The heated community pool was comfortable for swimming in beginning to mid-June. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if we travel to the Poconos.
