Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku with cable channels over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffe maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

The complex is gated, but there are no designated parking spots, resort style salt water pool, 24/7 fitness center, and clubhouse accommodated with a kitchen to host small parties. Just minutes from bus stop, shopping center with supermarket, and a quick drive to 24/7 Walmart. Also, an American style restaurants is just a walking distance.


Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products.

High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

Must be over 25 to book rental, 5 day minimum. no pets allowed.

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Our stay here was awesome. The unit had everything as advertised. We enjoyed the pool which is very large, heated, and very easy walk. There was also beach chairs and umbrellas which came in handy for our visit to the beautiful Clearwater Beach.Overall, the unit was very clean and was like home away from home. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our host was super engaging. I briefly told her we were coming for our 30th year anniversary and we arrived to chocolates and a bottle of wine! How thoughtful. There was a card also wishing us a nice day. It made our day! The Condo was clean, fresh and neat and had everything we could have needed. Everything was updated and neat. The outside patio overlooked the pool and we made use of all of the amenities including the gym. Magdalena checked in to see if we were good via the app and gave clear instructions upon arrival. Everything worked like a charm. We would stay again when back in area. You canā€™t go wrong with this VRBO so grab it while you can. The facility is gated and we felt at ease everywhere we went in all areas.

My spouse and I had a wonderful week vacation!! The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! Magdalena reached out immediately after we booked to introduce herself and ask for any specific needs that we may have. She had everything prepared for us to just come in and relax. The unit is completely stocked with anything you would need, just like home! We will definitely book here in future!
