The girl at the desk on late shoft was very accommodating. The room stunk when we first went in pretty bad so i sprayed alot of bath and body spray to make it through. There was a lady in jacuzzi that had open wounds on her legs and body..there was no smell of chlorine so we got out.

We took and chance and got off the I-5. What a find ! A great hotel with many amenities. Great staff, clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Best value for the price and not inconvenient when driving south from north Washington and Oregon, or points beyond !

I got a room where their cable service was out, they got me into a clean room with cable service right away, I liked that you csn choose your level of housekeeping, the staff was very friendly, it was a little dated for some items like bathrooms, but it was clean and well kept. I will stay again.

We had to look for the front desk as there wasn't anyone when we arrived. Hotel is very old, no elevator. Our room was decently size but very old and it has this specific old smell. The bath tub was not clean, theres some left over hair possibly from previous guest, and the bath shower curtain was cloth which overflows water when u take a shower. For the entire stay, the wifi didn't work we called a few times and still didn't work. The free breakfast was limited and not good. This place is run down, don't know why it has 4 stars, although the staff was very nice. For $100 per night, you get what you pay for.

They gave us each a fresh cookie upon arrival wich made us feel special and they were fast, friendly and welcoming. I felt safe and like me and my children wer wanted here. The only thing is when you pull in, trying to get the right driveway is a little tricky.

When we checked in i checked no service on the form and also had do not disturb notice in the door slot. We stayed 2 nights. We got up and left in morning and came back to the room cleaned and new towels. I went to the desk and confirmed i dud check no service which i did and they confirmed it. We keace stuff out while we are gone. So needless to say we felt violated. Everything was good with the stay

The staff were lovely, they had plenty of coffee and snacks. The breakfast was really great with plenty of options. The pool was nice and we used the hot tub several times. There was EV parking for our vehicle and plenty of parking otherwise. Great stay and if we in town again we'll stay here.

Our room was on the ground level because we needed a tub for our small children. There were longtime residents on the same floor going out to smoke so often that the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. The room was dirty and smelled damp and musty. The bathroom was clean but the tub was questionable. I wish I had not gone in the hot tub because it was mildewed and gross as well and I got a terrible, sore rash. I went to the dermatologist after my trip and was diagnosed with hot tub folliculitis from bacteria in their hot tub. He also said I may have bed bug bites. The staff was incredibly kind and we were very happy with the breakfast included. But we will never return to this dirty place.

We were there 3 nights. 1st night, physically checked in and paid in full. Btw this is a cheap hotel but the nightly prices were not cheap.. but whatever I get it, there is an event going. We check into our room and it’s what we expect, not great, not bad. (However I still took pictures of all damage when I first got there, which I recommend everyone does for staying/renting anything.) Anyways, second day/afternoon was where the trouble started. We are in our room relaxing and all the sudden some random strangers unlock our door! They were as surprised and confused as us and said they were given this room, we go upfront and ask what happened. Front desk only sighed and mumbled that she’s done this before!! She said we were marked as a no show? I’m like, we physically checked in and paid? She “reassured” us that no one else would come into our room. Sorry but due to her demeanor about it, we most definitely did NOT feel reassured. Then later we realized our cards got turned off because of the whole no show thing, which confused me as don’t you have to turn them ON in order for them to turn OFF? (As in obviously, we checked in?) Then the main part happened, they said that they “accidentally” fully refunded me because we were marked as no show. My only option was to pay at location, meaning I HAD to check in and pay in order for them to refund anything. The thing is though, they only contacted me AFTER trying to charge my card again after “accidentally” refunding me. Not bef

What i liked about the property was the staff, everyone was so nice and very helpful. If i was reviewing only the staff, most would get 5 stars. When you walk through the doors it smells of musty cigarettes. As you walk down the halls, that smell intensifies. Once we reached our rooms the air felt heavy and smelled so bad like cigarettes we kept our window open the entire stay. We tried the pool and jacuzzi...one night only. The pool was warm but slightly green. The hot tub was also a darker shade of green. I sae what i thought was a stain or something that sat just above the water line, and for some reason ran my finger over the top of it. To my disgust it was not a stain it was a very thick layer of oil and dirt. I climbed out rinsed off and went to the room to shower. We didnt return to the pool or hottub again during our stay.

I loved staying here! Everyone is so friendly! We had a great time here in St Helens! We loved that it was so close to all the attractions at Halloween town. 🎃

Our check in was at 3 and the room wasn’t ready till after 5. Perfect place to stay if you are attending Halloween town. Free breakfast was amazing and had so many options! Made up for the late check in.
