They gave us a room with a hole in the tube and cigarette butt in the floor. My daughters feet got filthy just walking across the floor

Cleanliness was awful in the room. There were holes in the bottom of walls and in the floor. If we werent just sleeping there, we would've left.

The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating! They even make sure every time we come here that we have a room on the ground floor to accommodate my wheelchair. Its a great location! just a few minutes drive from the historic district. Theres lots to do and see in St. Augustine. Every time we come here, we leave with more things on our list of things to come back and check out in the area. But my partner and I specifically look forward most of all to our stay here at this motel. We have been coming back to this same motel every time we visit for the past two years now and we look forward to staying here again in the near future. LOVE this place.
