"Rustic Retreat" ā€“ A charming cabin on 2.5 secluded acres in the 'Cozy Cabin Retreat' community. Built in 2005 by local Mennonites, this 2-bed, 2-bath home offers peace, quiet, and starry skies just 1.5 miles from HWY 111. Relax on the screened porch or elevated deck, surrounded by lush forest. Enjoy modern comforts with rustic charm, including deluxe linens, coffee, spices, paper goods, and more. Smart TV, outdoor grill, board games, and rocking chairs complete your stay. Max guests: 6.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Deliveries: Shipt dot com can deliver food directly to you.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.


Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Wi-Fi Disclaimer: Occasionally, Wi-Fi issues may arise due to service provider problems. We are not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.

Cozy little retreat

WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER

I WAS ACCUSED OF BRINGING MY PETS TO THE PROPERTY AND SUBMITTED PROOF FROM MY VETERIANIAN THAT THEY WERE BOARDED AND DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER...LOST MY $200.00 DEPOSIT; IN ADDITION, WE BOTH GOT BED BUGS.... FROM THE BED OR COUCH...FIREPLACE DIDN'T WORK...RENTER WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE SITUATION.....AWFUL

BFF getaway

The registration was a bit stringent compared to other rentals - it was nice that all the house lights were on since we arrived after dark( but the TV on was a little creepy šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚) The house was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed! Great lace to stay! (driveway needs grated badly) glad we had SUVā€™s

Awesome spot in the woods!

An absolutely great little cabin in the woods! If you want to get away from it all this is the spot, surrounded by Tennessee hardwood forest, coffee on the porch in the morning, no noise of the modern world! Incredible state parks and waterfalls to hike to close by. ( Burgess Falls and Fall creek falls) check in and out was great, highly recommended to anyone.

No house keeping house and all bed, bathroom linens dirty. I had to clean the rental property

House dirty, grass overgrown, outdoor chair at firepit broken. Couldnā€™t use firepit since grass was overgrown. Grass was also overgrown in front of property. Gas BBQ was so dirty, we had to purchase a wire brush to clean it. All molding around electric stove is broken. Stephenā€™s realty couldnā€™t get us a new rental or a house keeping. They did refund us cleaning fee. Also it was Memorial Day weekend so I know it was more difficult. In my defense, it wasnā€™t my pleasure scrubbing bathroom, cleaning all linens and totally disinfecting cabin. It made for a miserable and exhausting stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend get away. Me and my Friends did the Mammoth March at Fall Creek Falls and this cabin was perfect. Clean, had everything you needed.

Rustic Retreat

Stayed here 5 years ago with my sons, and the cabin was just as I remembered! Seamless booking, check in/out. Niceties abound ā€¦ washer/dryer with owner-provided detergent/dryer sheets, single use coffee cups with creamer/real sugar, soap in the bathrooms, completely outfitted kitchen and more. The cabin is centrally located to 6-8 (or more) wonderful state parks/natural areas (30-35 minutes drive) with hiking ranging from easy to butt-kicking ā€¦ and views and experiences along those hikes that are jaw-dropping awesome. Canoe or kayak the Caney Fork River or sit in the sun and jump off rocks and cool off in the deep pools of water at Rock Island State Park. If you want to get away and tune out the noise and experience Godā€™s creation and splendor ā€¦ go ā€¦ visit. Mobile phone service is patchy at best ā€¦ hurray! The cabin does have WiFi though, as well as streaming TV options for those that desire.

Very nice cabin in a good neighborhood. Not too far out of the way. Easy to find. Very clean and stocked with anything you would need. Peaceful and would definitely come back to again.

Nice clean cozy place

Traveling thru so thought weā€™d stay a couple night to do some sightseeing. Close to waterfalls. Only issues was the beds was not that comfortable. Other then that great place and peaceful as the road name says. Would stay again

Weekend Getaway!

Great stay! Cabin was absolutely perfect. Clean and well setup. Home away from home feeling. Stevens Reality was very hospitable with emails regarding any thing we needed. Family trip to Falls Creek Falls. We walked the scenic loop also the rock climb to the bottom of the falls. 7 miles hiked. The wife and I, 2 kids ,2 dogs.

very quiet area. peaceful loved the cabin. it was clean and very cozy. loved that there was a book put together with restaurants and things to do around the area as well as grocery stores and how far away they are. will definitely come back!
