Our newly renovated Condo Kokomo boasts an unrivaled location as it is DIRECTLY across the street from Siesta Public Beach. A short 1-mile journey will lead you to The Village, a vibrant hub brimming with charming shops and delectable restaurants, beckoning you to embark on a delightful exploration of its offerings.

Start your mornings with a blissful cup of coffee on your own private veranda mere steps from the beach, or simply step across the street to immerse yourself in the azure ocean waters and sink your toes into the velvety white sands where you can enjoy world-renowned Siesta Key sunsets.

While our property doesn't have a pool or a hot tub, we are thrilled to highlight its prime location mere steps from the beach. The stunning beach with it's warm ocean waters just a stone's throw away offers a serene and captivating setting, creating a unique experience where you can unwind, relax, and embrace the natural beauty surrounding you. We believe that the enchanting beach will provide an extraordinary atmosphere that rivals the need for a pool, allowing you to immerse yourself in the calming sounds of the ocean and the invigorating sea breeze throughout your stay.

Perfect Getaway

Amazing quick stay, canā€™t beat the location, condo was cute, clean and equipped with basic needs for stay. Having access to beach supplies was a major plus. Host was pleasant and fast to communicate with. Perfect stay for 4th of July to watch the fireworks right from patio. Highly recommend!

Finding the property and parking spot after driving from Tampa Airport was incredibly easy. The location is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood made it even better. Being right across the street from the stunning Siesta Key Beach was the highlightā€”it truly couldnā€™t be more ideal.Inside the apartment, everything was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even though itā€™s on the ground floor, the beach view from the apartment is still a treat for the eyes. If you enjoy walking, itā€™s about a 15-minute stroll to Siesta Key Village, where youā€™ll find restaurants, cafĆ©s, small shops, and a market.My daughter and I walked the full stretch of the beach to and from the Village and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening. The AC unit is a bit noisy, but Iā€™d take that over no AC in Florida any day. Already planning my next trip!

First time in Siesta and this condo did not disappoint! Perfect location, plenty of room, super clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to Siesta village or you have the opportunity for free frog shuttle! Ocean view and just steps to the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this place! Beachy decor, clean and perfect location! It had everything we needed. The ocean is in view from the front patio and everything is walkable or the Breeze transit is free! right outside the building

Perfect location perfect weekend getaway most beautiful beach Iā€™ve seen in the United States

This condo was absolutely adorable. It was decorated so cute. It was so close to the beach. We just walked across the street and there we were very close to the village. We rented bikes were able to get around the island on our bikes the whole weekend. We happen to look out and be right across the street also from the international Sandcastle competition, which was amazing. We had a fantastic weekend. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything was great! You wonā€™t be disappointed. Check in was flawless, the place was very clean, charming and well stocked. Had a small issue with the back door and the manager responded to my text within 10 minutes. We will absolutely stay again!

Beautiful condo at the beach.

I stayed with a friend for 2 nights at this lovely condo. Great location. Beautiful beach was just across the not busy road with shopping and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The condo was very clean, fresh, tastefully decorated and well equipped. I will definitely recommend to friends.

We will be back!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice. Great location, directly across the street from Siesta Key beach. The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Itā€™s decorated in a very cute beach vibe. It has plenty of kitchen items for staying in, including a coffee maker (and coffee in the pantry). Thereā€™s a parking spot right in front of the unit. Big TVs and plenty of space at the dining table to play games and cozy setting on the patio with beach views (we saw three weddings!). Close to restaurants, bars, pickleball and tennis courts. We had to contact the property manager about the AC and we had immediate response and it was quickly resolved. I wonā€™t even look at other properties. Iā€™ll stay here my next trip back for sure!

Siesta Key Stay

One bedroom condo with roomy living room area. Quaint place with all the necessities for a beach getaway. Comfortable and convenient location opposite the beach with ample room for two. Laundry room two doors down, which was a nice touch. Friendly onsite property manager. Walmart delivered our groceries, which made life easy. Bunk bed in living room is convenient, if youā€™re traveling with children. Would consider it for future trips to Siesta Key. Check in process went smoothly and host was responsive and gracious when we arrived ahead of scheduled arrival. Small patio in front with retro style outdoor furniture made it a great place for morning coffee. Thanks to the hosts for providing a clean and comfortable space for guests.
