The staff is unbelievable helpful and polite, the property lobby, common areas, pool, gym in excellent condition ; but elevators were not clean and it was few issues with the room.
I went to front desk to tell them but I left 2 days after and it wasn’t taking care of it.

This is a very nice hotel. We were there two nights and We would have liked someone to replace the coffee that we used on the first night.. That is our only complaint.

The beds were not made to normal standards and we didn’t know why. Therefore we asked for new sheets just in case, and changed the beds ourselves. The room wasn’t quiet. We could hear the people next door.

The pool was closed until further notice. No maid service during stay.
