Publicado em 13 de set de 2023 na HotelsStaff is top notch they really care about customer service. The only complaint is the shower heads need to be cleaned more throughly. Gabriel, Boris and Georgia were all fantastic and will meet your ever need.

Wonderful hotel, just outside of Fira. Awesome staff who are very friendly and fun. Hot breakfast is very good, with the hot food selection changing every day. Great pool and patio to lounge and chill about during the day. Pretty quiet area too. Nice place to relax overall.
Only caveat; it is a 15-20min walk (uphill) to reach the shops, restaurants, and bus in town. But this also makes it a relatively quiet place to stay out of the busyness. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very old and in need of an update. The shower was broken and the whole bathroom floor gets wet when trying to take a shower.
