Attention l'eau est salée...
Chambre agréable, manque des prises, notament á l'étage et pas de lumière...refoulement de la douche...

Struttura come da foto, dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Perissa. Lo studio è davvero pulito ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per per preparare pranzo/cena.Aveva anche un ampio balcone con vista mare. Personale davvero cortese.

Accommodation OK but stay spoiled by noisy neighbours who were up until the early hours of morning conversing in a loud manner.

Very friendly welcome with a much needed cold drink. Good air conditioning which in August was needed. Compact bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom but everything you needed was there. Super balcony and view of Perissa. Lovely small pool and chill area on the patio. Staff were lovely and could provide any information needed. Very close to the sea front and many restaurants which were very good. Had a super week and will return.

On the outside the property looks nice and has a very nice pool. The location is wlso good as it’s just a 15 min walk to the beach. The room however wasn’t very clean. There was always a moist residue on the tiles and there were weird stains all over the bathroom. Also some stains on the sheets. Also the furniture is very dated. My partner and I were given 2 single beds pushed together and they called it a double. The beds had very uncomfortable spring mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. We had really bad back and neck pain after our 3 nights. Our room was also directly under another and we had someone’s toilet pipe right above our bed so you could hear people using the toilet at night. Water pressure is also very weak (for showering and flushing). Overall this place was ok.... if you’re on a budget, it’s not bad. I’d look for something different next time though

It was clean, new, and the staff were very helpful. The only little thing was that the wifi didn’t work in our room while we were there, only in reception, however still a lovely place to stay.
