This five-acre homestead includes exclusive use of the spacious Main Inn and grounds with amenities that will keep you comfortable, relaxed, and excited for activities. This farmhouse haven exudes luxury with its amenities such as its heated outdoor swimming pool, bocce ball court, wood fire pit, dedicated workspaces, an indoor fireplace, a claw foot tub, a giant tree swing, and a gourmet kitchen with a coffee bar (to name a few!).

This stay comfortably accommodates up to fifteen guests with six bedrooms and a bathroom for each room. An absolutely perfect holiday home to bring friends and family along of all ages!

Located in San Martin, CA (known for its ranches, wineries, and orchards, as well as large estates in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains.), you will be able to truly experience the exact nature of what San Martin is all about!

Other Things To Note: ***We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire unit and frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in***
● No weddings are permitted on the property. If a wedding ceremony and or receptionist occurs of any size you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and given an expensive fine.
● Should you choose to use the BBQ grill, you will need to bring your own propane or fill the one there. (Lowes is nearby and can fill the propane or if asked in advance your host will fill for $35.)
● No music outdoors after 10 PM per the noise ordinance law. Move noise inside after 10 PM.
● No tents permitted. You will be fined by the county of Santa Clara if you put up a tent.
● No confetti of any type allowed indoors or outdoors.

Guest access- This home allows self-check in so you can check-in without worry upon arrival. Your host will provide you with detailed check-in information upon booking. Barn and other outbuildings are not included.

Prime Location - This estate is surrounded by several vineyards and county parks if you wish to explore further off of the property.
Only 40 minutes by car to the San Jose International Airport and about 1.5 hours from San Francisco.

12-min drive. Visit the Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park, which features a variety of rides and attractions for all ages, as well as beautiful gardens and a historic steam train.
14-min drive. Take a tour of the Guglielmo Winery, which is known for its Italian varietals and offers tastings and tours of the winery and vineyards.
14-min drive. Explore the local farmer's market at the Farmer's Market at Uesugi Farms, which features a wide variety of fresh produce, baked goods, and other local products.
