When I arrived, I rang the bell to check in and was greeted with a man staring at me through a window. He didn’t say a word. I told him I was there to check in and his response was “are you?” He asked for my license and when he saw my name, he replied “oh you’re the one”. I said excuse me and he said “Expedia, don’t ever do that again!” As I’m standing there in disbelief that that’s been our interaction so far, a young lady was getting high in the hallway right next to the office. He then slipped the registration paper under the window to me and didn’t say a word. I started filling it out only to have him say about a minute later “you don’t need to do any of that just sign the bottom!” He never told me what he needed so the misery of this check in process continued. Next I was shown the room number and the Wi-Fi password and told to “go park by that big a** gray truck over there” that was the extent of our conversation. Upon entering the room, there were broken lights the refrigerator door didn’t close nor was any of it plugged in and there were visible hand prints on stuff in the bathroom. There was a horrible dripping water type noise in the wall that kept me up most of the night along with the squeaky beds. We were not able to get our money back and left by 8:18 the next morning. Did not return for the second night of our stay there, book somewhere else! Do NOT stay here!!! Worst motel ever

Pro price not a super expensive place so you get what you pay for. Clean, comfortable bed.

More like a motel than hotel. Light fixtures extremely dusty. Outlets at nightstand so worn and loose I could not plug in phone charger, had to use outlet in bath. Thin walls, could hear neighbors and traffic.
Expedia made this place out as equivalent to the local Radisson. It is not, It has more similarities to Motel 6.

The hotel room looks nothing like the picture and it should be considered false advertising. There were no lamp shades on the light fixtures, there was an electrical wire sticking out from the wall. It had this hideous avocado green chair that was so stained I was afraid to sit anything on it. There was a stain on the floor. We didn't even stay 10 minutes and we were charged the full rate, I spoke with an Expedia rep and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it that it was up to the hotel. The management seemed apalled that I would even suggest there was anything wrong with the room and property. He stated that they have the cops come by twice a night and that the only problem they've had is someone dying in the room. This did not reassure me in anyway and yet I was still charged the full fee for the room even though we didn't even stay in it. So I would recommend that you do not go to this facility for any reason.

If this was a real complaint then why Anonymous. Also you stated you knew that there wasn't any refunds and that you were ok with that but did not feel safe because of the door wiggled??? You never even mention anything else to me. So I am sorry for your displeasure. But I never said there was not a refund at all.

this was not as advertise the list hotel is not in the same city of actual hotel says san luis obispo not santa maria the handicap rooms looks like a jail cell if i were to ever go and have no intentions, seriously not covid ready i walk in and walked out i arrived way past for maid service to finsh cleaning 5:45pm and maid were still cleaning and the parking had burnt abanon cars.. walk in and out i demand my money back

3 strikes, you're out Town and Country.

(Virus still relevant). 2nd bathtub had hair and it looked like dried lip stick on more than one section. 3rd, there were a least 2 parties with more than 8 folks at 2 different rooms, next day beer cans prove that.....

Seeing how you are not enough of a person to at least post your name just means this is a fake review. We at the Town and Country Inn take these reviews very seriously and when we get something like this we wonder why Not a Single complaint of any kind for that kind of a disturbance. You sure you were in the Town and Country Inn, Santa Maria
