positives: outstanding on-site custodian--allowed me early check-in due to cleaning staff being done early, and fixed issue with sink leaking water after check-out.
negatives: phone customer service was atrocious, due to: 1) property is managed by place that has another property, and they were answering my questions as if I were guest at that other property (wrt storing luggage before check-in and after check-out), and english not being their first language made it difficult to understand what the disconnect was, and 2) hours were only 8a-5p or so--left 6-8 messages and sent email, but no responses until daytime work hours. that is simply unacceptable--if a person has a question, they need it answered!
also, expedia did not prominently warn customers there was no front-desk at the property until AFTER I made the purchase. expedia really needs to be much more transparent wrt properties that are very diff't from traditional hotel experiences.
