You enter the villa via the secluded terrace with covered lounge area, heated pool and impressive views of the sea and dunes. High-speed internet, BBQ, books, games, Playstation 5, Netflix, intern. TV channels and table tennis complete the offer.
On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one of them with a large double bed (180 x 200), private bathroom and balcony with sea view. The second bedroom also has a sea view and a cosy double bed (140 x 200). The third bedroom has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200) and can also be used as an office. TV in all 3 bedrooms. A second, small bathroom can also be found on this level, but we think you will much prefer to shower in the secluded outdoor shower with sea view. The Italian kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.
A highlight of the villa are the two living rooms, which are a dream especially for parents travelling with teenagers :-) While the children try out all the games on the Playstation, parents can sit comfortably on the sofa in the lounge area and relax. This guarantees a dream holiday for all family members.

The villa is the highest of 5 completely independent villas in a small, private complex. This means that our guests must treat the villa and the neighbouring environment with respect and care. Therefore, parties or playing loud music are strictly forbidden!
You can park your car in the covered car park, from there it is only a few steps to the entrance and the lift, which will take you directly to the villa. You can also take the stairs up to the house, but we think you will prefer the lift. Within a few minutes walking distance you will find several restaurants, bars, some supermarkets, paddle tennis courts, mini golf and - should it be necessary - a pharmacy and the very good private hospital Clinica Roca.
