Nestled in the countryside at the edge of a forest, this spacious family home offers peace and serenity with open views of the mountains and pastures. The 180 m² gîte accommodates up to 15 guests and features 6 bedrooms, including 2 ground-floor suites with en-suite bathrooms accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



On the ground floor, enjoy a large living area with a pellet stove, billiards table, XXL sofa, flat-screen TV, and streaming services. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, sink, large-capacity cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and two raclette and fondue sets. Tableware and utensils for 15 are provided.



Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, a games room/library, and an office space.



Outdoors, you’ll find two private covered parking spaces, a garden, and a furnished wooden terrace with a barbecue and a large garden table.



The house is just a 5-minute drive from the village of Saint-Martin-en-Vercors, offering all amenities including bakery, grocery store, restaurants, and café.



Close to the Via Cordata, Herbouilly site, and numerous hiking trails, it’s ideal for outdoor enthusiasts.
