Whether you're in town to summit Sierra Blanca Peak or ski at Ski Apache Resort, this is the perfect New Mexico mountain retreat!

Located on the 18th fairway of the Cree Meadows Golf Course, this modern condo boasts top-of-the-line furnishings and plenty of modern accents.

Through the front door of this completely remodeled condo, you are surrounded by elegant wooden decor and a calming cream interior. Sink into one of the 2 plush living room sofas and turn on your favorite show on the flat-screen cable TV.

A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is complete with top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. Enjoy your meal at the 6-person wooden dining table or bring it out to the patio to dine al fresco while you watch the golfers finish playing on the course!

After a sun-filled day in the mountains, there's no better place to unwind than the spacious private patio. Sip on your favorite afternoon cocktail around the gas fire pit while you wait for your food to finish on the gas grill. This patio offers stunning views of not only the golf course but also the jaw-dropping New Mexico mountains!

Finish off the night by sipping some hot cocoa around the stacked stone-surrounded fireplace in the living room and map out tomorrow's agenda. With hardwood flooring, beautiful color contrast, and plenty of southwestern-themed furnishings, the living room will quickly become your favorite spot to relax.

When it's time to hit the sack, rinse off in the newly built, glass-enclosed shower in the primary en-suite bathroom before resting on the king mattress. Each bedroom upstairs offers a queen or king mattress, a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and plenty of closet space to keep your nightlife outfits looking fresh!

The house is located on the 18th hole of the Cree Meadows private golf course! Golf enthusiasts love the ease of access for this private course (with public access) as well as the other notable golf courses in the area like the Links at Sierra Blanca!

When you're not dining at the condo, be sure to drive or walk just under a mile into town and experience a delicious Ruidoso dinner! Some local favorites include Chef Shawn's Eatery, Grill Caliente, Tina's Cafe, Rio Grande Grill & Tap Room, and the Cornerstone Bakery & Cafe.

The Ruidoso Downs Race Track draws in crowds far and wide every year from Labor Day through Memorial Day. Drive 5 miles to get in on the action and watch the races or to simply explore the fun town of Ruidoso Downs!

If you're in the mood to get some turns in, drive 40 minutes to reach the base of Ski Apache! This expansive ski resort offers over 750 skiable acres and 55 different trails for every skill-level skier.

Some other options for fun include exploring the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area, hiking to the Sierra Blanca Peak, or shopping in the quaint downtown area in Ruidoso!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo! Everything was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location; close to everywhere we wanted to go plus a quick walk to the cute golf clubhouse restaurant where they had live music.

Spring Break trip

This property was awesome. Clean, stocked and convenient. My wife is always hesitant when I book for vacations because she wants ā€œextra cleanā€ and modern conditions. This property exceeded her expectations- so ā€œhappy wifeā€¦.ā€ The location is perfect for shopping, easy access to ski area, restaurants and sight-seeing. On a side note - we were there for skiing and were very disappointed with Ski Apache - conditions, personnel and lack of any customer service. We have skied at Ski Apache previously and the mgmt of the ski area is really on a downhill decline (no pun intended). We would definitely rent this property again - but the next time it will be for golf as it wonā€™t be to snow ski.

Nice condo, however, the coffee maker did not work, and we are all big coffee drinkers I reached out to the Property Manager & was told there was nothing they could do! So I had to go out and Buy a coffee maker!

Great Place on the Golf Course

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, beautiful back patio with fire pit. Probably my favorite spot. The rooms upstairs got a little hot but opening the windows at night helped.

EVERYTHING WE NEEDED

Husband and I loved our stay. The location was great - close to everything we needed. The condo had everything and we especially loved sitting outside drinking morning coffee around the fire watching the deer. Very peaceful! Would definitely stay here again.
