Lack of organisation, terrible pillows and bed wasnt great. The water from sink and shower smelt like faeces, very strange. Definitely not worth the money and would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable. Hot water and convenient access to do laundry. Communication was good. Instructions was good. Kitchen had all ww needed.

The property itself is fine. Utilitarian. They have washing machines on the 2nd floor. After checking in my door lock battery crapped out. It took them 4 hours to fix the door. I missed a good chunk of my tour, waiting for it to be fixed. All my stuff was inside the unit and they offered another room to me which made no sense. They refused to offer any compensation.

The maintenance team could also take their time to fix the issue even if you are not there - it was not necessary to wait for this... Warm and cozy sweet little apartment with dishwasher, microwave, stovetop burners. 2 washers and dryers on 2nd floor

This was a convenient spot to stay. One or more of the other businesses in the building were under construction. Trash was spread around the sidewalk and parking lot. The towel bar kept coming off the wall. The water was nice and hot. The kitchen was convenient.
