This property was perfect for our family of four. The house is very well appointed and stocked, and the location is perfect. Itā€™s one block off Main Street in the middle of town, which made it perfect to walk to restaurants, shops, and the river for fishing. Weā€™ve been coming to Red River for more than a decade and will stay here again next time.

Mardi Gas in the Mountains!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Red River! The location was absolutely perfectā€”just close enough to everything we needed while still feeling like a secluded mountain retreat. The cabin itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite features was the campfire spotā€”perfect for gathering around in the evenings and making memories. Whether youā€™re looking for adventure or relaxation, this cabin is a great choice.

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed here for the 8750ā€™ Festival with another couple. It was the perfect location and we loved the outdoor area. Iā€™m pretty sure we spent more time enjoying the patio area than anything else. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Our friends are already planning a ski trip with intentions of staying here with their family.

Great location and home!

Our family of 6 loved this property- great location and awesome outdoor area. We felt right at home walking everywhere, cooking meals together, playing on the patio, and getting all our laundry done before heading home. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Red River.

One of our FAVORITE rentals

Aspen House was a perfect fit for our family. The outdoor space was incredible and allowed our children to roam and play without fear of street traffic. It would be hard to imagine a better location, only 25 yards from the community center and a short walk to the river and all downtown has to offer. The communication with the host was great and they were extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Treat in the Town!!

This was a hidden treat of a private home in the middle of town. The cabin itself was fantastic, but the outdoor space and extra room was beyond all expectations. Nicely stocked kitchen, games, books and more were at our disposal. Loved it.

Family Vacation

Great location, easy to walk everywhere. We loved the outdoor space and the separate bonus room. Wished the gate was fixed so we had more privacy. The property was clean and very cozy. There were 5 adults, so we would have liked a little more room. The guest rooms are very small and one does not have a closet. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. We had a great time!

There were a few issues during our stay with appliance and electrical but they were resolved very quickly. Everyone was professional and kind during the interaction as well. The cabin itself is amazing perfect for a family get away. The location is perfect close to shops, restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome stay

Great place for a family that is within walking distance from everything. If you don't want to eat out there is a very nice kitchen. Last night there was a ping pong tournament. Highly recommend.

Family getaway

We absolutely loved this property. It was just like the pictures and description posted. Clean and just felt like a home away from home. The backyard was perfect for our family. Our boys (6 and 7) loved the swings and the fire pit. It was the perfect setting at night for our family to gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows and make core family memories. We canā€™t wait to come back and stay here again. It was a wonderful weekend!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything is within distance! Great privacy in the backyard with a big fence around where our children could run wild and we didnā€™t have to worry about them running onto the road. The owner was so sweet and checked in on us as well!! Highly recommend!!

Within walking distance to everything in town, yet still feels secluded. Kids liked the outdoor area with the ski lift swings, and the disconnected dining area was a great place for card games around the table.

A cool summer respite and lazy week in Red River

Plenty of room for the four of us. Great patio and pavilion area. Nice amenities in an older cozy home. Home remained cool during the day w/o A/C. A great location and is 1/2 block off Main Street. Very responsive staff. Highly recommended.

Red River Gem!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The high fenced in yard was convenient and a great place to relax after a long day. The parking was easy and private. The property was in the heart of town and close to everything. The house was clean and the hostess had great communication. We will stay here again on our next trip to Red River!
