Publicado em 2 de set de 2023 na HotelsA viagem foi perfeita, o lugar é lindo. O atendimento e excelência são os pontos fortes. A comida é boa, principalmente no restaurante francês.
Único problema é relacionado ao transfer entre hoteis ou para o aeroporto, são bem caros e não deixam motoristas de fora entrar no hotel para buscar os hóspedes. Sugiro levar dolar em papel pois cobram a mais para pagamentos em cartão.

Surpreendeu!
Publicado em 3 de out de 2021 na HotelsHotel surpreendeu positivamente. Extremamente limpo e conservado. Staff muito atencioso e sempre disponível para atender. Piscina excelente, tanto no Excellence Club quanto na piscina principal.
Café da manhã do restaurante exclusivo do Excellence Club (Magna) excelente ( apenas vá com tranquilidade e tempo! ). Restaurante francês Chez Isabelle incrível! Restaurante japonês, Spice não surpreendeu. Orégano e The Grill deixam a desejar. Bebidas de qualidade e variadas. Os vinhos incluídos no pacote são razoáveis, mas existe uma carta de vinhos para comprar vinhos de qualidade.
Shows muito bons e localização do hotel também boa. Praia limpa e bem cuidada pelo hotel ( apesar algas).
No geral, gostamos muito da nossa estadia.

Very nice, welcoming staff at the Excellence Punta Cana and the property was immaculate. We would highly recommend this resort and are looking forward to our next stay.

I love the staff very friendly. Mrs. Demarry, Alenjadro( chocolate latte)and many more. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the spanish lesson and the great tasting mojitos

The staff were fabulous, this resort is large enough but not so big that you have to walk forever to get to the various areas.
Beach was cleaned each day. Ocean a little rough with red flags but we still went in up to our waists.
Lots of activities like pool bingo and beach games.
They did a special dinner and decorated our room for our anniversary!!! Recommend them highly.
