We loved the Royalton Chic. The staff (all except the grumpy girl on reception when we arrived!) were amazing and constantly trying to make sure you were happy. We will definitely be back. 💞

El hotel, las instalaciones, la comida, el personal son muy buenos. Pero desafortunadamente fue imposible bañarnos en el mar por la fuerza del oleaje. La razón principal del viaje fue disfrutar del mar y la playa y no se pudo cumplir.

Several delays with service. Initial things that we asked for were not done, which dampened the experience (birthday celebration.) Communicating through whatsapp was slighty inconvenient also. You do not have a Butler around the clock so after hours not much gets done. Things really get quiet by 10pm. Diamond club was decent, probably not worth what we payed to upgrade. Food was ok. Construction going on, so pretty noisy in the morning. The beach was beautiful however, and the weather was amazing.

Pros
1.Walkable & Cleanliness
2.Staff is good & Service is ok.
3.Ambience of restaurant is good.
4.Has good activities in the evening.
Cons
1. Food quality is low to medium.
2. Only one buffet. Most of the times selection of food is same.
3. Room food is limited & food is also not good quality.
4. Pool side loungers are at extra cost that too 300 & more.
Restaurants-
1. Indian restaurant food is worst.
2. All other restaurant food is okish.

Our butler Junior was wonderful. Most of the bartenders are friendly and a joy to talk to. The room was very clean and the poolside staff wonderful. The diamond club beach staff were awesome. The steakhouse staff were not friendly or attentive and the room was too loud and noisy. The food overall was average. The evening show schedule changed last minute so packing according to the online schedule didn’t work. The nighttime DJ yelled and played the same music at the pool. Way too loud!! Loved the live band that played 80s rock, disliked the silent disco with headphones…no vibe or energy. The daytime activities could be more plentiful. The spa was fantastic. Loved my message and hydrotherapy. Long drive from the airport so a private transport was pricey. Met a lot of nice people.
