Coffee could be better. Some non-dairy creamer selections that aren’t packets. All-in-all, staff was lovely. Place was super clean and quiet. Will be back.

Great Stay
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel is a short walk to all the bars and restaurants and is directly on the beach. Room was clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again!

I picked this property because it’s on the beach and I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on the beach. The manager, Dave, went ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make sure everything was perfect and I was able to pull off a dinner on the beach with a caterer. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing!! I would go back there anytime!

Nice property
Great property in a convenient location. Beautiful pool area. Air conditioning was very loud, pillows small and some liquid bathroom dispensers were empty. Staff was great! Breakfast was good, but earlier would have been appreciated.

The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action but not too close. It’s a little under a mile walk to the city center on the main road. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. It’s on the beach and has a nice common area with pool. The staff is great. The rooms are a bit dated but not too bad. They were definitely comfortable

This property is misrepresented by the images seen on a third-party sellers. The room is nothing like what was shown when purchasing. There are shelving units that are made of plywood that are simply painted white. There is an electrical plug on the ceiling to operate a mini fridge and microwave. Instead of a closet you have 16 coat hooks on the wall. There’s also another electrical outlet that’s mounted to the side the plywood shelf that plugs into a socket to add additional plugs. And for the rate of $400 a night, the team even missed housekeeping of our room and simply delivered us towels. Overall, I would not stay here again and it’s clearly obvious that once you get to town there’s nothing available so you have to commit to what you had And I think they know that. Overall overrated overpriced and misrepresenting who they actually are as a product online to catfish people in to booking.

Hi Barry,I am not sure if you know that the room you booked was a handicapped accessible room, which means we can not have any extra furniture in the room as a wheelchair needs to be able to turn around with no problems. There are many good things to say - especially the cleanliness of the beachy rooms and modern bathrooms...BUT it is a long walk from PTown with or without luggage! Our ocean-view balcony was the opposite of private (it's a shared aisle with chairs at each room). The staff was surprisingly uninformed (late-night snack places nearby?), cost of on-site bike rentals? (QR code?), cost of taxis & pedicabs to/from town, and important to us: they REFUSED to allow us a one-hour late checkout ("we'd have to let everyone have it if we give it to you)... so we roamed P-Town in the heat with luggage waiting for our ferry back to Boston. For that reason alone, we would not come back to Surfside.

Hi Michell,I appreciate the feedback and I apologize if we did not mention that we do hold the luggage for those traveling by ferry. Many people who take the ferry from Boston often leave there bags with us for the day so the town can be enjoyed town, shops and restaurants. During the busy summer months it can be difficult to offer late checkout. We do have a great hotel with a nice beach, heated pool , and fire pit. Hopfully we will see you again when your visiting Cape Cod.Thank you,

A lovely place on the gallery end of Commercial St. The rooms are clean, simple, and comfortable. Slept well on the bed. It has a great pool, fire pit (great as the evenings get cool), bar, beach, continental breakfast, and all-day/evening coffee/tea service. Bayside rooms have sliding doors so you can step out on the beach. The staff are all extremely friendly, warm and helpful. And you are in PTown!

I like hotels as opposed to the guest houses and this one was wonderful, large spacious rooms with everything one would need such as microwave, frig, closet, bathtub. Nice soft towels and sheets. very comfortable bed. I didn't like the distance to town but if you want a nice quiet hotel you need to expect that. I also didn't like the flood lights around the rooms, always seemed like it was daytime. I wish they would make those lights less bright.

I came with two grandchildren ages 8 and 19. We loved the location and setting. The pool was awesome and walk to the beach was so convenient. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Curtain over the Air Conditioner had a 5x5 area of black mold at the bottom of the curtain. Awful considering it was near my head. Really ought to be an elevator. Also, if folks book with Expedia, there SHOULD NOT BE A DESTINATION FEE for New Englanders. Really, come on. Already paid the room taxes, etc. Then had to pay the destination fee of $30 per night, and $4.00 fee-ridiculous. I will NEVER book through Expedia ever again.

The staff were amazing and it was clean. Good location to walk to town. Lovely beach and pool. My credit card was charged as they didn’t realize I had pre paid through Expedia by the time it was refunded later that day the exchange rate CAD/USD had changed and I lost an additional $100 between the transactions. Our first room had an ant infestation however staff were quick to move us rooms to a much nicer one.

Disappointing.
We were disappointed in this hotel for several reasons. It was older and not in the best repair. The door keys were metal with a big piece of plastic with the room # displayed. They also didn't work well in the locks, so we had to ask for help a few times. Eventually they had to be replaced. (assuming the salt air affects the metal) The bed had a sheet that was clearly made for a smaller bed and didn't even reach the corners. Then the A/C kept tripping the breaker repeatedly at night, causing the A/C to turn off. All made for a very poor night's sleep.
