Vantagens: clean room, new looking bedding
Desvantagens: coffee shop
Localização: it is on the highway...go into PG or go to the Hart Highway
First off they did not have my expedia.ca reservation...it seems they are under new management and the new management does not use expedia.
Otherwise it was a perfectly fine side-of-the-highway motel.
Not fancy, but with a pub downstairs and a quite nice, roomy and clean room.
No extras. But the room was good.

The toilet backed up in the first room we were in so we transferred rooms. The air conditioner in the second room did not work well. Wi-Fi did not work at all, and there was only one channel on the TV.

Vantagens: THE PUB HAD GOOD FOOD
Desvantagens: QUALITY OF MATTRESS'S AND LINENS JUST TO START .....
Localização: GOOD LOCATION FOR WHAT WE NEEDED
THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND HARD, PILLOW SHAM USED FOR PILLOW CASE, MATTRESS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE, HEAT WOULD NOT SHUT OFF SO ROOM WAS VERY HOT ALL NIGHT "LONG" $100 PRICE FOR THE ROOM WAS TOTALLY OVERPRICED....SHOULD HAVE BEEN $39, MORE OF A HOSTEL THAN A HOTEL.

Vantagens: the staff
Desvantagens: It would require a major influx of capital.
rugs are stained, walls are marked, air conditioner smashed, tub has green stain, shower broken, general feel is of dirt and neglect. Very pleasant staff person who was absolutly charming under the circumstances.

Vantagens: quiet (because it was deserted)

Localização: well... there's a tim horton's not too far away
discouraging from the outside. reception desk doubles as the cashier stand for a liquor store. interior lobby not a lobby at all but a spartan hallway of what i can only presume is a vestige of this building's former life as a low rise office building. steep stairs lead to a room with stained carpet. diverter valve in shower did not work as the handle was missing. coffee maker did not work, went downstairs to get a cup of coffee or some assistance. after the manager's (owner's?) small but excitable barking dog finally allowed me to move and express my needs, she came to the room to find the coffee maker wasn't working because the room was outfitted with the "wrong cup". she corrected this
