Hotel decepcionante. Antigo, atendimento frio e acomodação necessitando de reforma, principalmente o banheiro. A localização não é das melhores, local tumultuado nos finais de semana e ao lado de clubes de prostituição. Possui estacionamento mas com pouquíssimas vagas, portanto se for de carro, tome cuidado pois o hotel não reserva vaga.

Quarto excelente, hotel perto da praca principal, museu nacional, lojas, restaurantes, shoppings,etc. O pessoal do hotel e excelente e o cafe da manha e mt bom. Ao inves de 2 dias fiquei 4 dias. E a 2a vez q fico neste hotel.

Alles war super. Die Zimmer sind gut und günstig, die Lage ist nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt oder 3 Minuten vom Nationalmuseum entfernt. Das ist top. Das Hotel ist in einer Nebenstraße mit so manchem „roten“ Haus, was nicht stört aber vielleicht bewusst sein muss. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Leider gab es keinen Saft. In Summe mehr als top für einen kurzen Trip.

Great location, nice hotel
Conveniently located to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square, Main Train Station, and a main boulevard with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The only issue was the half glass shower wall did not seal with the tub so the bathroom floor got very wet after a shower.

Heerlijk hotel
Een heerlijk hotel op een gunstige locatie tov het centrum én station. Comfortabele bedden en goed verzorgt ontbijt. Gezellige lobby met bar. Minpuntje is wel de vloerbedekking oa in de hotelkamer, deze is echt aan vervanging toe. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

This was my second stay there so I do come back. The location was great, and the room was comfy. We didn't use any other services. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathmat in the tub. Personally, those things turn me off. Otherwise, great!

Good location just off Wenceslas Square although the proximity is good, the street itself has a few interesting shops you need to pass on the way. That being said, it’s great walking distance to most places and if you’re there for the Xmas markets like I was, you wouldn’t be better situated. The hotel was clean and decorated just fine. The bed was comfortable to a point - it was twin beds pushed together so if you strayed towards the middle in the night then you would find yourself falling between two mattresses. All in all a good stay.

The Fenix has always treated me well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Czechia. In Prague it is always my "go to" hotel.
