Water access home in the community of Suissevale in Moultonboro. Living space on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, laundry and one bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a room with a ping pong table. Cable internet access with Wifi. Wrap around deck with 4 burner gas grill and fire pit in the front yard.

There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts,  play grouend, etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.

The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.
