With beautifully designed amenities, peaceful surroundings, and nearby beach access, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a more private side of the Riviera Maya.

Our trusted concierge partner can assist with extras such as airport transfers, private chefs, in-home massages, yacht or catamaran trips, restaurant reservations, and local tours. Please note: These services are provided by a third party and are not affiliated with your Airbnb booking, so we kindly ask that you don’t mention them in your review.

You’ll be staying in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, while still being within a short drive of Playa del Carmen’s vibrant center, beaches, restaurants, and shops.

⭐ Heads-up
• Shared amenities (pool, rooftop areas, gym, etc.) are managed by the condominium administration and may occasionally close for maintenance.
• There is public beach access available within the gated community of Corasol; some beach clubs and additional services may require reservations or minimum consumption.
• The apartment is located in a growing community, so there may be some ongoing construction in the area.
• As in most tropical environments, humidity and occasional insects are normal, despite regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Wi-Fi is generally reliable, but if you experience any issues, please let us know so we can assist promptly.

➡️ Arrival & Access
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

➡️ Utilities & Services
• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.
• Our unit contains a digital inventory—missing or damaged items may result in replacement charges.

• Private or storage areas are off-limits.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO CORASOL

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancún – Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

2. Drive South Toward Playa del Carmen
Continue for approximately 45 minutes (about 50 km) depending on traffic.

3. Arrive to the Corasol
As you approach Playa del Carmen, stay on Highway 307 and look for the Corasol entrance on the left-hand side of the highway.

4. Enter the Corasol Development
Turn left to enter the gated community of Corasol, present your QR code to the security booth and then continue following the road for about 1.2 km, then do a U-Turn and continue for 450m.

5. Arrive at The Village Corasol
Stop at the main entrance & the security staff will help you with access to the underground parking. Please provide them with your name, unit number and the QR code we send you on your check-in date.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue on Highway 307 for 1h 20min (93 km) until you reach Playa del Carmen. You will pass Tulum and and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Approach the Corasol
As you pass through Playa del Carmen, remain on Highway 307 and look for the Corasol entrance on the right-hand side of the highway.

4. Enter the Corasol Development
Turn right to enter the gated community of Corasol, present your QR code to the security booth and then continue following the road for about 1.2 km, then do a U-Turn and continue for 450m.

5. Arrive at The Village Corasol

• Security Gate: Upon arrival, security will ask for your name, unit number & QR access code before allowing entry to the complex.
