We understand that plans can change, but we kindly request your consideration regarding cancellations for our chef, housekeeper, and massage therapist for your rental home reservation. So, if you wish to cancel these services before 10 days prior to your arrival NO penalty will be incurred, but after that the penalty will be 100% charged.
For security purposes and our company's policy which owns CASA YOLO, outside, unapproved or independent service providers are NOT allowed on the premises. If traveler does not meet house rules, booking will be cancelled and traveler will not be eligible for a refund.

- CANCELLED BOOKINGS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
- THE $1,500.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
- APPLIED FEES FOR RESCHEDULE YOUR TRAVEL DATES FOR A FUTURE STAY : 50% OF THE BOOKING AMOUNT.

• ADDITIONAL GUESTS: if your group is over 8 people, we add an additional cost per extra guest per night ($50 us) for group sizes from 9 up to the maximum occupancy of 12 guests.
• WHY THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: because each extra guest represents additional operational expenses such as laundry, cleaning, concierge services, etc.
