Amazing location and beautiful views

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, the house was very accommodating for all of us, the amenities were great for the kids, and we even saw a bear in the neighborhood!! What a great trip and this rental is a place weā€™ll absolutely visit again.

This Rental was not as advertised

We arrived and found the upstairs A/C not working. The property manager suggested using a TV remote battery for the thermostat, but it was hardwired. He also asked us to check the breaker, which we couldnā€™t locateā€”likely behind a locked basement door. He said a repair person would come by 9:30 PM, but no one showed. At 10:30 PM, he said the person wouldn't come that night. With temps near 100F and young kids struggling in the heat, I bought box fans at my own cost. The manager suggested I return them and lie about it, which I refused.We also found a missing baluster and loose deck railing. He claimed it would be fixed the next day and that the A/C would be replacedā€”though he hadnā€™t disclosed it was broken. Then, during heavy rain, water leaked badly through back windows and poured in from a shared wall near the kitchen, soaking our luggage. I contacted VRBO, as the property had multiple safety and structural issues and didnā€™t match the listing. The manager called us complainers and insulted our parentingā€”despite us having two kids under 5. I hope VRBO ensures repairs are made before this property is rented again.

Best part is the view

Property was used for a quick getaway for my wifeā€™s 50th birthday. Our adult kids stayed with us while other family rented their own cabins in the complex. We hosted a birthday cookout and had plenty of room to do so. Place needs a deep clean. Walls are furry with dust and many spiderwebs throughout. Note theater set up is only tv speakers. All in all, great bang for the buck.

Overall great.

We loved this place! Kitchen was stocked with dishes/cookware. Could use a deep cleaning. Indoor pool was too cold to use but hot tub was great! Great location- close to things. Driveway is a little steep. We will hopefully be back in the future.

After the Christmas slump, wanted to get away for a few days and unwind. This cabin checked all the boxes. I would definitely recommend. Travis was available to answer all my questions and was helpful. I would give the cabin 5 stars.

Awesome view.

The cabin was nice and comfortable but needs to be dusted. The ceiling fans are layered with dust build up the light over the table has cobwebs and dust on it, and the upper windows need to be cleaned. Other than that it was a great stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

The place was great. The only issue we found was the other guest left underwear in bed so the cleaning lady missed that. And the parking area was a little small for trucks but it worked. The house was beautiful and the view was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Smokey Mountain - English Family Reunion

The accommodation was perfect. Very comfortable and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Ate breakfast each morning in this large cabin to start the day. Return in the evenings and gathered together in the front room to enjoy catching up on old times. Wonderful memories made on this strip. The view from the cabin was awe inspiring. Highly recommended.

Deep cleaning needed!

This property could be very nice but needs a deep cleaning and some TLC! Quite a bit of dust and cobwebs, just basic sprucing up had been done. Travis was great, check in and out process was very easy!

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our trip, the view was beautiful! Our grands loved the pool. I recommend bringing your own swim towels and kitchen towels. The grill was convenient, the parking- like many of the cabins in the resort, is tricky but roomy enough for 3 vehicles. The communication with the property management company was good.

Bear Country

Nice cabin and great location alot of black Bear with cubs around the cabins. The cabin has a couple leaks when it rains it leaks at the main level door going on to the deck and the windows beside the counter by the stove. We all had a great time and looking forward to renting again in January.

GREAT VACATION IN THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS

We loved the location to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Pad. Our cabin was awesome and the kids loved the pool. The view was amazing. We loved relaxing after touring all day in the theater for a movie. Thank you for supplying toliet paper and trash bags. We never noticed them ever picking up garbage so we did have to leave inside. They do have some hungry raccoons in the area. Thanks again for our vacation at your home. Cynthia

The view was beautiful.

The drive to the cabin was a wonderful paved road. The rooms were large with closets and bathrooms. The game room was a blast. The theater room and the pool was the best part for the kids. The view was better than any pictures can show.

Perfect Cabin In the Mountains

Spacious and open concept cabin with incredible views. Had everything we needed! Hot tub and indoor pool were pristine. Also loved the common pool area. Only had one minor thing we needed owner assistance with and was quickly communicated and executed. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

We had a great time at this cabin! Loaded with amenities throughout! Check in process was a breeze and communication was excellent. Loved the cabins decor and the furniture was very comfortable. Beds/matresses were great! Kids had a blast in the pool and the hot tub was relaxing. Views from the multiple decks were picturesque. I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend booking this cabin for your next family outing!

Spring Break Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. The private pool was wonderful for the kids and adults too. ā˜ŗļø This cabin is in a great location, close to Dollywood and all the other fun things to do in Pigeon Forge. We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working properly, which we contacted the owner about. And as all homes do we feel like this home could use a good deep cleaning. But these minor things will not keep us from staying here again.
