A little Bit of Country is located in a quiet cabin-style area just off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood is a wooded, hillside setting with a peaceful, tucked-away atmosphere. The location is popular with families and couples who want privacy without being remote.

Only a few minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway and very close to Dollywood, The Island, dinner shows, shopping, and restaurants.

*Please note that the interior stairs leading to the lower level are fairly steep. We recommend using extra caution, especially for guests with mobility concerns or small children.

*NO PETS ALLOWED

*Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing

*Driveway will fit 2 to 3 vehicles, depending on size

*Bears occasionally wander through, so please keep vehicle and home doors locked, trash secured and food inside
