Extremely loud music until 4 am everyday, stairs no elevator

If people would read reviews and the information provided on every online travel website they would know this and they shouldn’t book my property. Yes we don’t have an elevator (clearly mentioned) yes we’re located in an entertainment zone (clearly mentioned)

Väldigt bra läge å för att vara så centralt så störs man inte av allt liv. Väldigt rent å fräscht å suverän service av ägaren. Enda att anmärka på va att Wi-Fi inte fungerade när jag va där och att balkongen va i det minsta laget. I övrigt så rekommenderas boendet starkt!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I would like to suggest travelers to read reviews and information about the hotel first before they make a reservation so they will SEE that we mention that there is no elevator and that the hotel is not suitable for elderly and families with young children.

Great location 3 minutes from bangla nightlife 5 minutes to beach everything nearby that you beed

Shower didnt work properly and no hot water. Air conditioning was very noisy, leaked water all over the floor, was not very cold. Staff service was very poor. They seemed totally uninterested in listining to you when you spoke and stayed on personal calls while you were trying to talk to them.

This was cheap and very close to everything, unfortunately you truly get what you pay for. My initial concerns were raised with the front desk staff who showed little interest in being helpful, it was not until i made a comment on expedia that the owner contacted me to arrange a room change. My first room was unclean, the bed linens had not been changed, the bathroom had not been cleaned and the shower did not function correctly resulting in my inability to have a shower. The room AC performed poorly making it quite uncomfortable, there was also no safe in the room to store my belongings. My room was changed i was unfortunately downgraded to a queen size bed from a king in order to have a room with functional amenities and a safe. Unfortunately my opinion of the hotel was soured when it was demanded that i pay an extra 2000 baht for "damaged" linens that required replacement, after getting a tattoo a small amount of ink seeped onto the bed sheet over night which can be easily washed out as i have done so myself in the past. Never the less i was unable to get this point across and forced to pay the fee to completely replace the bed linens. I will not be staying in this location again in the future.

Dear Michael, thank you for staying at my property. Let me first inform you that it's nearly impossible to remove ink from bedsheets. The color of the spot will get lighter but will never be totally removed. If it's not totally removed the next guest will absolutely complain about this. Also on check in we warn everyone regarding this policy. We can't throw away every duvet that's damaged by one of our guests. Specially not when you pay $25 a night. Price of a duvet cover is about $75. We have charged you for 2000 thai baht for: 1 pillow case, 1 king size duvet cover and 1 bed sheet. The total value is over 3000 baht. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Phuket. Regards

Mold in the bathroom, poor daily room cleaning services, ambivalent front desk staff, fourth floor walk up- no elevator. Not a fan of this property.

We mention in the description of the property that we don't have an elevator and mention also that the property has 4 levels, also in several reviews guests mention this. Research is very important. I will definitely discuss with my housekeeping your complain about poor daily cleaning. Thank you for staying with us

More hostel than hotel

Rooms are clean however the building is 4 stories and there is no elevator. There are no staff in the night and hallways are full of dirty towels and laundry during the day which you have to walk over to get to your room. Overall of you just want somewhere to put your head down then it's ok, but if you want some sort of semblance of comfort then stay clear.

Dear Guest. Thank you for your review. Once again I have discussed the issue regarding the towels and bedsheets on the hallways during the day and I will follow up that housekeeping does a better job regarding this. Of course the most important thing they need to focus on from me is Clean Rooms. But I understand it doesn't look good... I will take action again,
