Beautiful place

The perfect place to stay in the Phoenix area! Easy access to downtown and other things to do. The place itself is absolutely beautiful and so clean. If we come back to Phoenix, weā€™d love to be able to stay there again.

Golf and warm weather

Our host was wonderful. He was very good at communicating with us , let us check in early and left us a bunch of yummy snacks. We were disappointed that the pools were not heated. hot tubes were not in working order and the fitness center was closed. The condo was nice and met our needs.

Great stay

The condo was cute and in a convenient location. Neither one of the two hot tubs on site were working so that was a major bummer. Coming for cold weather, I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. But overall, great experience and Ken was easy to work with and communicated very well. Thank you!

Really great all around. Clean, comfortable, great amenities, central location, neighbors were easy, great communication and support (even when i was the dumb one). I actually cant think of more that could have been done for the price. Will book again when I am in Phoenix!

The Best Part Was...

We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info. Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.

Clean, quiet, and centrally located

Proā€™s: The place is very welcoming. Condo has lots of windows with a nice view off the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, except for large serving bowls. Plenty of towels, extra bed linens, pillows, spare shower gels, shampoos, and bars of soap. Walk-in closet is huge with plenty of hangers, 2 coolers, sun hats, games, even a bathrobe and slippers! Host is fantastic. Responded immediately anytime I texted him. Gave us great recommendations for nearby places of interest. The condo is one flight up and easy to access, with a full-sized pool and hot tub that you can walk to in under a minute. The parking space is covered from the elements. Cons (fairly minor): The bed frame is a little bouncy and creaky when you turn over. The pullout is tough to close and also a little squeaky. There are no table lamps, only overhead lights which are very bright. There arenā€™t enough utensils to last you until the dishwasher is full, which is a pain and wastes water. The complex itself does not recycle ANYTHING. Overall we were very happy with the condo and the host. I felt safe walking around both inside the complex and out. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. A thumbs up.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient

My daughter and I were in town for a soccer tournament. The condo was very comfortable with a nice updated bathroom and comfortable beds. The sleeper couch had an amazing mattress. The gated complex felt very safe which was important to me as a woman traveling with daughter and very convenient to good hiking, restaurants, and entertainment. Owner stayed in good contact and had great recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was a great location - centrally located and close to everything. The unit was very clean, and the owner was so accommodating. This was our first time to the area, and he offered us the best places to eat, site see and also an early check in. Iā€™d definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Had a great stay at this property! We were in town for the World Baseball Classic at Chase Field; this property is only a ten minute walk from the light rail station that took us right to the stadium. The owner Ken is great, provided lots of little extras (snacks, cold drinks, coffee, etc). Property is exactly as described in the listing.

Convenient and comfortable

The condo was well stocked and comfortable. A great place to hang out in for the day or use as a landing pad after spending the day out. Lots of hiking and restaurants within 15-30 minutes. Ken was responsive and really helpful. The weather wasnā€™t awesome so we didnā€™t end up using the pool, so I donā€™t have any insight into the pool. Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in Phoenix

The apartment was very well-located, close to downtown yet easy access to main routes to Sedona, Camelback, Airport, Goldfield and more. It's very comfortable and very well outfitted, everything we needed was there and more, even a camel pack to have plenty of water while climbing Camelback and hiking the many wonderful trails in the area. The hot tub at the complex was a real treat, and we enjoyed it during the cool evenings. Ken is an outstanding host, very communicative, helpful, and thoughtful about guests' needs. Definitely a 5-star plus host, and property.
