Luxury Modern 3 Bedroom Home w/ Hot Tub!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this modern house centrally-located to all the best restaurants, shopping and activities that Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer! Walking distance to many places in the Biltmore/Arcadia area and a short drive to everything else. This newly remodeled home has everything you need to enjoy your stay in style and comfort.

In the home you will have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a large island with a gas oven/range and a breakfast bar as well as all the necessities needed to cook, enjoy , and entertain. The open floor plan includes a dining table big enough to seat eight comfortably and a large, oversized, deep couch to cozy up on.

Outside, you can enjoy a large patio with lounge seating, fire pit and a brand new hot tub to relax in. The additional backyard space opens up to a green grassy lawn for even more space to enjoy and entertain in the beautiful weather Arizona is known for.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a custom walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds and share the guest bathroom. There is ample closet space and extra linens, towels, etc. as well as your own washer/dryer and garage to park a car. There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom and one guest bedroom as well as high speed internet.

Enjoyed the neighborhood and spa in this newly renovated house. Perfect location near shopping, cute coffee shops and delicious foodie experiences. House was cozy & clean, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing.

Inside the house was nice, you could tell the owner took pride in the appearance inside of the house as it was cleaned and maintained well, property had a small yard for the dog, but location was great for walking your dog and the sunshine and mountain vistas were great

The house was just as it appeared in the pictures. Modern, clean, comfortable. We loved the back yard and patio because it was so easy for several of us to relax together. But the best part of this house is the location. Very nice coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. Slight glitch at checkin but Erik responded immediately and we were underway. We will stay at this house again next time we come back to town.

House is just as described and beautifully decorated! The host was very responsive and even sent something we needed during our stay! Backyard was a great place to relax and the house is pretty central to where you need to be. Would stay here again and highly recommend! Thanks so much!

9 of us girls stayed at this property for my sisters bachelorette weekend. The property was gorgeous, and very clean. The towels and lines felt brand new and smelled wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The freezer ended up having some troubles and wouldn’t keep temperature. I reached out to the owner and he immediately replaced the entire fridge & freezer and replaced the ice that had melted, and also provided me with a small reimbursement for potential loss of food and for the inconvenience. The weekend we were there was a bit cold and rainy so the fire pit and hot tub out back were perfect! The location was great, not too far from downtown or Camelback mountain! The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors gave us fresh fruit from their trees. I would definitely recommend this house for a visit!

This house was amazing. So clean and immaculate and beautfully decorated. We enjoyed the outside lounge area with the firepit table. Erik was very attentive to any questions. It was perfect for my family of 4 and close to everything. Thank you Erik for a wonderful family trip💛

This place was exactly what we needed. A quiet home to relax and unwind from our busy work and travel life. It was well stocked and extremely clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for sleeping late and enjoying coffee on the back porch. The hot tub was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Could not be happier with the stay.
