Passamos apenas uma noite no hotel, por isso não vi nenhum ponto negativo. Ao contrário, achei o hotel limpo, os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Além disso, o estacionamento era gratuito e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, estava muito gostoso.

Room was changed last minute but was not ready for me when i arrived, had to make the bed myself

If I could give negative score I would. Absolutely disgusting. Room was filthy, the room had extreme damages. Place is trashed around the property. Ran down, and should be condemned. There is a Holliday Inn 5 feet away stay there instead. I would have switched and canceled but was told o could not get a refund. Had no choice but to stay.
