With 210 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to nine people. When the house was completely renovated in 2006, particular attention was paid to preserving the original character of this farmhouse dating from 1924. Since then, the accommodation has also been adapted for people with reduced mobility.
When you enter the house, you arrive in a large hall with wood panelling and a staircase leading to the upper floor. The separate 16 m2 kitchen is fully equipped with a traditional gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and other cooking utensils. The 40 m² living room with exposed beams doubles as a lounge and dining area. Here you can relax on leather sofas in front of the fireplace, look out over Audierne Bay through the large picture windows or watch TV together. A stereo system is also available. Also on the ground floor of the building is a 14 m² bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed. This room has its own bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom are suitable for people with reduced mobility. A guest toilet and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms for a good night's sleep: a large 23 m² bedroom with a sea view and a double bed (1.60 m wide). The second bedroom, measuring 20 m², has two single beds (90 cm wide) and a sea view. The third bedroom also has a sea view and a view of the garden. It measures 26 m2 and is furnished with three single beds (90 cm wide). In the bathroom, treat yourself to a wellness bath in a beautiful bathtub resting on lion paws. There is also a large shower and two washbasins. The toilet is separate.
With the exception of the kitchen and toilet, every room in your accommodation has a sea view. All appliances, leather furniture and bed linen are brand new. For cooler days, you have oil-fired heating with radiators in every room. Please note, however, that the use of heating generates additional costs, which are invoiced. On the other hand, wood for the fireplace is included in the rent. If you wish to bring a pet, there is no additional charge. There is also free Wi-Fi access. Note on pets: as a general rule, we can accept pets on request, subject to the following conditions: no access to bedrooms, no disturbance to neighbours, garden kept clean. Except during high season.
The holiday home has a separate private car park and a garden with garden furniture, a parasol and a small relaxation area with sun loungers. The terrace overlooking the garden can be accessed from the kitchen. A second terrace facing the sea can be accessed from the living room. If you fancy a swim, just go through the small gate at the bottom of the garden to access the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water awaits your return.
