Start and end your day on the oversized, wrap around balcony that overlooks the resort pool and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. You will want to get up early for this sunrise! This condo offers plenty of space for all of your guests and modern furnishings throughout. You will love cooking in this gourmet kitchen, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. With seating at the kitchen bar for 6, you will find everything you need, including all the utensils and small appliances you could need. This open concept layout moves into the spacious living room, with HUGE windows and ample seating. Enjoy movie or game night around the large flat screen TV, or just relax on the balcony.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
