The ac is broke and it got very hot inside the home. There are bug traps all over the house and I found the largest dead roach in the trash closet inside the home. It was strange because they had duct tape all over the borders of the home I’m assuming to cover cracks and that would explain the bugs. A random “vent” next to the window by the the kitchen table to cover a hole in the wall. The dryer takes forever to dry. Tv don’t work in the spare room. The yard is not completely fenced in so don’t let your pups outside without a leash. It served its purpose considering we were at theme parks everyday. Furniture isn’t the same as listed.

So here is our issue...1st & foremost the pool is cold we couldn't even use it.. Get this it is heated however the owner has not installed the heater that information came from the pool guy.. But we do understand he did not advertise a heated pool so beware not to travel in December!! Also ANT traps everywhere visible, one thing that freaked my girlfriend was she had to move the sofa to find the ball our puppy lost & omfg there was thousands of ants I have video of that just horrible it's no wonder they don't want you to move the furniture smfh.. The 2nd bedroom has no light & the TV don't work according to the person I spoke to they don't advertise it so could careless if it works or not... smfh the fans are extremely loose like we feared turning it on because we was afraid they'd fall... The furniture isn't as pictured, old unmatched furniture that smells old.. This place is all about the money && not about the guest staying here.. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood && even the neighbors said the owner just dont care about this place... It has a fence but get this he left out a spot so if you have pups they will get out... & the screen that's meant to protect us from bugs has holes so hello mosquitoes smf.. This home is in desperate need of a owner that cares... Lots of work needs to be done before renting it to people. The owner lives in France so he could careless.. He has his own property there aswell but locks everything which is weird I have been renting houses for years never once saw this. The bath tub in the hallway is clogged we couldn't use it...The laundry room light flickers so much its best to just not even turn it on, && the dirt behind & around the laundry room is gross.. FIRE the cleaners, the do not move stuff to clean. Your better off somewhere else even if you spend a little more.. To watch tv in the living room you need 3 remotes smh.. Lights in the master bedroom bathroom went out a few times I had to keep tapping it.. It has broken knobs in the bedroom dresser... Such a shame smfh so much money wasted The bedding is old, the pillows inside are horrible truly not as advertised... I'm really sad this happened to us even after reading the reviews we thought no way with the pictures they show && I'll say the reviews are not lying... This is more for someone who will not be there just to sleep.. The shades are all twisted & falling off when you open them I mean I can go on & on but you get the point. RUN

Oven did not work all week, never contacted us back after we send pictures..It was doable...one suggestion would take down the boarder it is peeling...otherwise had a great time enjoyed the pool.

A decent vacation home at a good price.
My brother and I stayed here for 6 nights and no complaints. The neighborhood is nice, although there is a maze of cars parked on either side of the street especially at night. The house was clean and no insects besides a few small ants which were no big deal as we seen none in the kitchen area. The AC does ice up if used all day so be sure to raise the temperature a bit when away. The backyard is cozy with an equally cozy pool, if you have pets be sure to put them on a leash as the backyard fence isn't entirely closed in.

Almost all of the negative comments still apply; however, the price point on the property for the time of year is great. There were tiny ants everywhere and I mean everywhere. The property could use cosmetic updates like the rips in the pool screen, one of the sliding doors was hard to open, bedroom tv had no remote and did not work, and the wallpaper border is peeling off the wall. Some of the furniture is not the same as in pics and a few items that should have been supplied were not. The kitchen trash can is smaller than the standard13 gallon can with no lid. Picked the property because the listing stated the property was fenced; however, it's not fenced on one side. The neighborhood was quiet expect for the airplanes from the airport but that's nothing compared to living next to an air force base. The host was nonresponsive prior to the stay, but was responsive during the stay and resolved the internet issue quickly.

Enjoyed our stay!
This property was perfect for our first family trip to Disney. It was reasonably priced, close to the parks, and in a nice area. Everything was clean. We loved that there was kitchen and bathroom items for our use and loved that there was washer & dryer on site. The pool was great for the kids. We were also able to take our dog, so that was another bonus. The only complaints we had was the air conditioner doesn’t seem to work properly (doesn’t go below 75) and the Wi-Fi didn’t work while we were there. But honestly, we were so busy having fun, it didn’t matter. We would definitely stay here again!
