Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop/oven, microwave, electric fireplace, & Bluetooth speaker. Daily necessities also included. Very clean, non-smoking unit. On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Just steps from the beach and not far from the pier! Somewhat loud during the day with the Amtrak and beachgoers, but quieted down overnight. Very clean and well equipped for cooking if you so choose. We would definitely return!

Great location! So close to the beach, right across the street. Very clean, a lot of nice touchā€™s by the owners. Cute coffee station, little creamers, sugars, non sugars. You will definitely enjoy the place and want to go back. I dealt with the owner Emily who was wonderful and extremely responsive. I would go back in a minute! Thank you Emily!!

Overall great experience from the initial booking to check out. The host was up front with size of the condo and easy to communicate with, responding to messages within minutes. It was clean and well kept. Great location with a minimal walk to the beach and short distance from the pier. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Overall a great experience, very clean, everything was very easy to find. The only problem we ran into was the wifi. It worked for the TVs but it did not work for phones. Other than that, everything was really great.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for 2 people! The condo is right in the thick of things, steps from the beach and just a short walk to the pier. Lots of spots to eat and shop on the street as well. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier.

Emily and Chad have a great spot and they have literally thought of everything you might need. Super clean, modern, and a short walk to the pier. One of the things I especially liked was the touch of home with cute decorations and such. Great communication between the hosts and Emily was quick to respond. Stay here. You wonā€™t regret it.

This is our second year in a row staying. Location is great, right by beach access, close to the pier and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Would love to come back.

From the very start the communication was excellent. The property manager let us know to expect upon our arrival. We were allowed to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. Parking was no problem, enough space for two vehicles. The condo was exceptionally clean! Spotless. All of the appliances, utensils, dishes and pans were in like new condition. We stayed for 6 nights and left a little early due to some noise from our upstairs neighbors. No fault of the property manager and we probably should have spoken up sooner but we wanted to avoid issues. I was assured that they would have addressed it immediately. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice place. The property manager is great and extremely helpful. Old Orchard is a favorite spot of ours and we hope to return soon.

Property was spotless. Emily went above and beyond to make sure there was everything we could possibly need during our stay . Location was amazing , the beach was just a short walk across the street from the condo. Walk to downtown was also very doable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Old Orchard Beach.

Just steps away from the ocean, cozy little cottage with the comforts of home. The quiet, airy bedroom made a rainy day in Maine a great day to recover after some fun in the sun. 20-30 minutes away from Portland made it easy to have the best of both worlds. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

The place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and welcoming when you arrive. All check in and out instructions were perfect. The location is amazing. The beach is literally across the street and itā€™s only a short walk to the pier and all the shops, rides and restaurants. The owner Emily is incredibly nice and helpful to work with. We had no issues our entire stay. We will definitely come back and stay again , hopefully very soon !

We stayed at Emilyā€™s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. Itā€™s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didnā€™t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !

Small clean updated condo unit. Had everything we needed for the kitchen and making meals. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space for everything we had. Great location across the street from the beautiful beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Full grocery store within 5 min drive. The only negative was that it's on a busy corner with a lots of noisy traffic and an amtrack that runs right behind the property. Other than that, it is perfect for 2 people.
