The property itself is comfortable and clean. We opted for continental breakfast which was fine so cannot comment on cooked breakfast. Basic toiletries soft fluffy towels. Lovely setting and view from our window. We had difficulty finding the property a more detailed address would have been helpful. Close to hotel for evening meal.

Vantagens: Location, friendly host.
Localização: Easy to access tourist attractions in York city.
Great location to park and ride, shop, pub, and to get to car hire return location - all accomplished with great directions from friendly host. Substantial cooked breakfast, and room with its own lounge.

Localização: The guest house is on a main road but there is no noise noticeable from the traffic. Finding the entrance to the property in the dark is difficult
The room was excellent with a separate seating area and bathroom with a powerful shower (although the shower cubical was not very large). Breakfast was of good quality and just the right amount. Views of the gardens and lakes added to the attraction. Very good value for the money.
