Boa localizacao, hotel para pernoitar apenas
Hotel simples para dormir com excelente localizacao. Dava pra ir caminhando para as cataratas e fica ao lado da Clifton Hill, ponto cheio de atracoes como a roda gigante.

The bathroom sink was clogged and the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. The front desk offered no money back or any sort of compensation. Where did the customer service go?

La habitación el teléfono no funcionaba. Lo notifiqué y nunca lo repararon. El jabón de la ducha vacío. La muchacha de front desk no era muy amable. Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo y la primera vez el trato y las habitaciones fue diferente. Y estaba considerando llevar en navidades a mi familia que vienen de viaje. Deberían tener las habitaciones en buen condiciones.

As mentioned in our name we are both a hotel and Inn as we offer both hotel room options with suites as well as economy options in our motel section. Your booking was made for our hotel section and would have been happy to offer you a reservation change to our tower for future reference.

Le positif: le personnel et le service est excellent. Le négatif: en bref, l’hotel est pratiquement en train de tomber en ruine… j’explique: il y a un manque flagrant d’entretien sur l’état des chambres et du bâtiment. Les tapis sont tachés, ca sent l’humidité dans les couloirs. Il y a des coulisses et des taches sur le murs. Il y a même des trous dans les murs. Les luminaires de la salle de bain clignote sans arrêt, le siège de toilettes tien à une seule vis, la télécommande de la tv a besoin de ruban adhésif pour tenir les piles en places et la tv fonctionne mal. Les assesseurs sont horribles et les escaliers mêne à l’extérieur… En gros, mis à part que cet hôtel est situé à merveille pour l’action et les activités, je ne recommande tout simplement pas cet hôtel. Surtout que le prix est élever. J’aurais préférer séjourner dans un “motel” miteux que de payer une fortune pour cet endroit.

I liked the location near the Clifton Hill. What I didn't like it was the day 4/8/24 of check out . I ask the lady if I can leave my car there until the eclipse was over, they said today we charging $100.00 for parking.That was ridiculous cost!! They usually charge $20.00 a day for parking. We leave the hotel around 9am and parked my car for free at Niagara Falls NY and saved me $100.00.

Clean, roomy, good condition and upkeep. Not luxurious. Solid value hotel. 2 minute walk to the popular Clifton Hill amusement area. 5-10 minute walk to the falls. Beds are adequate but not luxurious. TV is small. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A jacuzzi was advertised, but its features did not work, so it was just a large bathtub. Neither the jacuzzi nor tiny bathroom had safety features such as grab bars and were thus dangerous to anyone other than athletic 18 year olds.On the positive side the staff were pleasant and attentive, and the omelet in the restaurant was excellent.

It was not what I expected. The beds were hard and uncomfortable,the pillows were small and lumpy. It was an older hotel and not very appealing. I’m sorry but I will not be returning.

Our room and bathroom were very clean, which is always my main focus when staying in a hotel, everything beyond that is a bonus. We got a tower room with two beds and a pullout sofa. The beds and sofa could definitely use an upgrade. The shower was clean and the water pressure was phenomenal. They have breakfast vouchers for their cafe available to save some money on dining. The pool area was clean. They do charge for parking per day which was surprising but it’s a quick walk to Clifton Hill and the falls from the hotel so it was nice not to have to try to find more paid parking somewhere else. Overall it was a great option for the price point.

Worst stay I’ve had in the falls ; safety lock on room was broken ; curtains wouldn’t cover the window . Lady at front desk with strong accent was very rude ; staff doesn’t want to help you they want you to figure it out yourself . Management was great and solved my issues upon arriving but the hospitality and friendliness of the desk staff was absolutely atrocious. Went to have a jacuzzi bath before bed and our tub jets were broken . ONLY good thing about this place was the overnight management ; he came and gave us a new room immediately . Upon arriving to the new one we realized in the first room we weren’t given body towels what so ever . Both rooms smelt of mold and dust . Being first in line at the desk and being looked past and ignored for someone behind . I didn’t even feel comfortable falling asleep here . Honestly if I could rate it in the negatives I would .

Amazing view, amazing location, amazing price! We could see the falls from out room on 6th floor and even saw it at night changing colors! The pool was fun with other families and mine! Parking was dense and there wasnt much space to park. Also the parking garage is only 6ft tall, so if you have a taller vehicle.. you will not be able to fit if the like 30 other parking spots are taken up. There is an onsite parking attendant who was super friendly and I am sure she would be able to help solve anything if that is the case though! 😊 I would come back for sure! Clean, fast, friendly service in an AMAZING location that was walking distance from all the fun!!!
