We were very pleased with our stay. The interior of the property is very bright and clean. The check in at the front desk was very quick, with plenty of staff. The young lady who assisted us was very pleasant, friendly and professional. Once she realized that both my wife and i had mobility issues, she made arrangements for us to park our vehicle on site at no additional charge. The entire staff that we encountered, whether they be security, cleaning, parking etc, were extremely friendly always with a greeting or a smile and a nod of the head. We would stay again if the need arises to be in NF and would recommend this hotel for your traveling needs.

Our room wasn’t cleaned or turned over once on this stay. Called down and asked for towels 6 towels and 6 face towels as we had my daughter’s friend sleeping over, they said they’d only allow me 4. The hidden fee on every purchase was something new to us as well.

We booked jacuzzi suit with king bed and pull out sofa when travelling with my daughter. There was a big window with french doors right by jacuzzi with no curtains. So no privacy when one of us used the washroom. This is not acceptable. This type of a room a is family to with a second bed and this should be fixed. We had to put sheets over the window. When we called front desk, they never offered to give another room or fix the issue. We asked for extra blankets and sheets and had to call twice to get them. They only sent us blanket, no sheets. Service not great. Hotel outdated.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with premium view of both the Horseshoe and American falls. The view from the room on the 40th floor was great, and the room was clean (besides some mold on the motorized privacy screen in the bathroom). The service was mostly professional and prompt. Our biggest complaint was probably the broken privacy screen in the bathroom that remained broken despite our complaint, and the hot tub being out of order during our stay (apparently a common problem). The pool was cold; colder than most public pools I’ve visited, perhaps it’s to limit the number of users / children? On-site parking is very expensive, I’d look into alternatives. If you decide to walk back from Clifton Hill at night, you pass by some unsightly and poorly lit streets. Lots of restaurants nearby but honestly nothing that impressed; you’re better off walking a bit to restaurants with better reviews if good food is important to you. Tips: I would think anything from floor 20 up would have a pretty good view but it’s somewhat obstructed by the casino.

Parking was the only downfall. Valet was full or they didn’t have staff to park the cars so off site was only thing available which u still had to pay for.

As soon as we checked in we were treated like special guests. The parking attendants were most helpful. I received text messages from the front desk making sure everything was going well. I had a small request and it was fulfilled within minutes. The restaurants had good food and service.

We stayed on the 27th floor in the north tower. It took us 20-30 minutes to get down to the lobby as the elevators are terrible.

Toilet was broken had to fix it. For some odd reason tv would stop working at night. Alarm clock in room was broken. I was told parking was 50$ a night got charged for 3 but only stayed 2. Elevators were extremely slow.

We had a beautiful view of the buffalo falls, floor to ceiling windows. I think the particular room needs an upgrade, but it served its purpose. I do wish there had been a microwave in the room.

Shower door hinge was broken and not worth opening to break the big glass door. Jet tub had hair and soap in it from someone elses stay. Liftes the fited sheep up after smelling the sent of piss and there was multiple stains on the mattress protector that didnt seem to be tended too in a while. Took almost half an hour at times for an elevator ride especially to get down. Over all was a very unpleasant stay and will not be back.

We are seeking a refund for last night. Carpet was dirty. Wallpaper peeling. TV did not work. Water was not drinkable or usable even for brushing teeth; there was some incredibly chemical smell to the water. Parking was off site in a rain storm.

A hotel was on the renovation. They didn't tell you it and I'm booking. Onna, there's 2 pools. There was a cheerleader conference that week and it was a bunch of teenage girls all in the pools. You couldn't even go in the hot tubs. One was down broken. The place was just dirty. The floor was dirty the whole time. Weird, there was a Band-Aid outside the outside my door on the floor and was there the whole time was there? And it was poop in the hallway and no one cleaned it

Wildly expensive for everything. Double the price for most things. Pool with slides was closed which is one of the reasons we booked here. Elevator situation is insane. We stayed for 5 days and had to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator to come to the 44th floor. Our friends rooms had bugs and were not cleaned. We will not be back.

Our go to hotel when we come to Niagara. Good rooms, good location. However this year the most annoying thing was the elevators. We were on the 42th floor and the elevator practically stopped at every other floor on the way down despite being full. The ride was long, unpleasant and made us nauseous. Other than that, great hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and on the first morning, we woke up to banging and hammering noises from the unit above us at 7 am because there were renovations taking place. Also, we were misled about the parking price. When we arrived, the parking staff told us they would validate our parking ticket for $30 a night. When we checked out, we had a different price charged to our account $140 for parking!!!!

It’s a convenient property. What’s a bit much is the cost of parking on site, which is about $95 for ONE NIGHT. The other thing that needs attention are the elevators. They are insufferably slow - we have had to wait about ten minutes for an elevator, only for it to be absolutely packed and then having to wait ANOTHER TEN-ISH minutes. It was faster to take the stairs, which was gross.

The hotel building was set to cool and it was 4 degrees on April 12. The vents were blasting cool air, the room temperature was 16 degrees. We were freezing. We called reception and they said they'll bring us portable heater. No one came. We were sick the next day. We also called for more towels and they took 20 mins to arrive. Also the shower head was broken. The pool and hot tub were overcrowded and there were a lot of kids jumping and diving.

The location was great, and highly walkable relative to falls viewing areas, dining options, and entertainment. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fairly quiet, and we adored the breakfast service on the 33rd floor. Our only real issue was that upon check-in we were told that as a pre-paid reservation, we could not check in until 4pm, while other travelers without pre-paid reservations were given their room keys immediately. After 30 consecutive waking travel hours, we had to wait four additional hours before we could access our room. Very frustrating.

The location was perfect to view both of the falls. A definite redo if the opportunity is provided. Heads up, payment is required for all parking, the ADULT pool area is NOT for adults only & No beverages allowed in the pool area. However, ALL pool areas are kid friendly & NOT limited to safety requirements.
