Very easy to book and check in,
The back door for the back side parking can use a sing or something on how to open it, it can be tricky, A bit pricey for 1 night and tv didn’t work. But overall it was a nice stay.

It was misleading information online. The property is definitely in decline.

When we checked in around dinnertime, the desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. No welcome greeting, just a quick "are you checking in?" Didn't offer information about where the room was located, no information about breakfast. Hardly a word was spoken. While the hotel looked old and in need of repair, the bed was very comfortable and water pressure in shower was very good. The room seemed clean enough. Hubby said that when he checked us out the following morning, a different desk clerk was very pleasant to him.

We like that the hotel is located right next to the Erie Canal and we walked on the canal trail every day. They used to have a wonderful breakfast. Now it was just carbs, which I am keeping low. I went out for breakfast for more protein. Seemed to me they just didn’t have enough people staying.

We were just happy to even FIND a vacant room ANYWHERE. Leaf-peeping season is in full swing and the place was PACKED. So glad we apparently managed to secure the last available room and at an amazing price. Staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating.

We had dust bunnies hanging from ceiling, the room was not dusted, toilet seat was old and worn, now water to take a shower, pool area was so dirty you could see someone's handprint in the dirt. TV reception was horrible. No wifi, no phone in the room, no alarm clock, and no available USB or regular outlets to charge our phones. I will never stay there again and we left after the first night.

It’s older. Was clean. Sink was plugged. Staff was nice

I am sure at one point this was an outstanding hotel, but that was many, many years ago. Everything was dingy, dirty and some state of disrepair. At check in, the young gentleman behind counter was wearing a black hoodie that was almost white from all of the animal hair covering it. He made it feel like we were bothering him by checking in. Very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. The room was okay but again very old and dated. There was an iron burn on the carpet, miscellaneous dings, dents and scratches in the walls. As well as stains on the comforter. Wall paper pealing in the bathroom and no matter which sink handle you use, only hot water comes out. The TV was analog and very fuzzy, to the point that it was unwatchable. The hot tub was replaced with a fake garden and the pool was stained, dingy and reaked of chemicals. Over all, i would highly recommend staying somewhere else. 1*
