Perfect Spot
My daughter, son in law and twin 16 year old granddaughters enjoyed a long weekend here. The accommodations were perfect, with plenty of privacy for all! We were here for a college family weekend and the distance was great! Close to anything and everything! We will stay here again in the future!

Searching for Waves, Sun, and Sand
Our entire stay was amazing!!! The process for checking in was seamless. The location of the property is perfect for dining options, shopping, or heading to the beach. The residence is wonderfully furnished and well-stocked with the necessities that really made for a very comfortable stay. We are extremely excited to visit in the future.

Girls getaway
This condo was adorable. Very clean,very quiet and felt like home. Everything you would need was supplied. Pool was a short walk away and there was a pub very close to condo. If you are a golfer than this is your place. Its on a very popular golf course. Also for the shoppers its across the road from the outlet stores. Very short drive to downtown Myrtle. Overall great stay.

Believe National Dance Competition
Host is very professional; timely responses and accommodating. Lodging is true as advertised. Safe and quiet environment. Close to all entertainment facilities and minutes away from the water. Golf bourses within the area are very nice and well maintained. We will consider coming back if we attend the yearly convention.

Best place we have ever stayed!
First off the owners Sue and Karl were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed to get checked in and the place was perfect for our family. About 15 min from beach and attractions as well as peaceful and quiet. Will definitely book again in the future!

Amazing stay!
From check-in to check-out, this was a perfect stay. The property was just as described, very clean and the property owners are wonderful! Plenty of room and well stocked. Have already looked at dates to go back to this same location. You will love it!

Great location and condo
The condo was just what we were looking for! Definitely better than ones we had previously booked directly through legends resort. Updated unit. Very clean. Had an issue with the air conditioning that was promptly addressed. We would definitely book again!

This property worked well for our group. We were four women golfers who each got our own bed which was extremely important to us. Two women per bathroom was also good. It may have been on the listing, but I missed that it was an upstairs unit, so lugging luggage up the stairs was unexpected but not a problem. The unit was very clean but the carpet could use a good cleaning. We didn't cook any meals, but the kitchen was well equipped for doing so. The hosts were wonderful and answered all my questions quickly through emails and phone calls. Being there for a golf tournament, the less than 5 minute drive to the clubhouse was perfect. The Ailsa Pub, which was a short walk around the corner, had good food and drinks. A good time was had by all!

Family vacation
There were 6 of us that stayed here and we all loved it. Age range was 10-65. The owners were very nice, sweet and always available, responded almost immediately. ( never had to wait long at all) we had no issues at all with the place, easy check in and out. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and beautiful. Was not far from beach, stores, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My family was their for the Cal Ripken experience. This place was clean..private and easily accessible. KARL answered all the questions we had. This place was also just 10 minutes away from everything we needed. 17 mins from the beach. THE ailsa pub also has AMAZING food. Very clean and comfortable stay

Amazing experience!
My husband, our daughter and our parents stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location, about 20 mins from everything. Not much traffic in the area, pool was great, owners were helpful and responded quickly. Property was clean, but we had an issue with the fire alarm going off when we used the oven even though there was no smoke, but it went off quickly...other than that-no problems! Beds were comfy and everything worked. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent location!
From check-in to check-out, the process was no hassle and pretty simple. The Stamms were very thorough with instructions so I didn’t have to ask them anything. My family and I were tenants as we celebrated my daughter’s birthday. There’s so much to do and the property is on a golf resort so we saw golfers every morning enjoying tee time. Its located maybe 15-20 minutes away from everything we chose to do. Not to mention 5 minutes away from Tanger Outlets. There’s plenty of space for at least 8 guests and it was only 5 in my party. If we’re in the area again, I will definitely look to stay in this home.

Great space
Condo was more spacious than we were expecting, especially for 8 people. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Very clean and everyone slept well on comfy beds. Would be great to come back to for some golf - which we were unable to do this trip. Loved being able to walk down to the pub for a happy hour and dinner. Hosts were always responsive and left clear instructions.

This location is perfect 👍🏾, right in the thick of it all. The owners were available from the very beginning and works to May sure you have everything needed for your stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable but they were in the process of working on that. Would definitely stay there again.

Just as advertised, Great!!
The property was just as advertised. Extremely close to the golf course, easy to find, clean and comfortable. It was well worth the money. The owners replied to our request very quickly at every instance. The check in and out process was excellent. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for the last 7 years and this is the best we have stayed at. There were not negatives to this stay what so every. We expect to stay there angain next year and for the forseeable future.

Above and beyond
Our stay was great and Karl was a gracious host. The photos of the property are accurate. It was clean and supplies were provided. While having so much fun, I left my planner 😬. I contacted Karl and he sent it to me within 2 days of contacting him. He went above and beyond to ensure I received my planner back. I would totally recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Thank you so much for a wonderful home away from home. This unit fit 6 of us very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Bedrooms were very nice sizes. Proximity to beach & shopping is perfect. We’re not golfers, but the clubhouse was packed daily-so it’s gotta be decent. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you again!

The condo was very nice, clean & convenient to so many places at Myrtle Beach & Tangler Outlet less than 2mins. away. Soft thick towels, good toilet paper, well stocked kitchen items to cook, lots of TV appps, plenty of parking & my favorite coffee. Beautiful and confusing
The property was true to the listing and very clean. Everything was provided just as it said also. I did have a few issues. The first issue was the shower water pressure. I have long hair and it took a very long time to take care of my hair. Second issue was, we had to go searching for the pool. You are not provided with a general property map inside of the condo. The pool hours were unclear. One sign said 8 pm, the other said 11 pm. The hours seemed to vary each day but it wasn’t clear. The actual pool could not have been more perfect. Plenty of patio space, plenty of seating, and the pool itself was very clean and perfect temperature. I never did find the towels it claimed to provide at the pool. I may have just overlooked them though. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue there was the master suit had a queen size memory foam mattress that I unevenly sunk into every night. I could only lay flat on my back to be comfortable. (It was like laying down in a tire tube because my butt sank low.). I don’t think it was my weight. I am under 200 pounds. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It was only a few things that I didn’t like.

Wonderful trip!
This property was perfect for our vacation. We were in town for softball Nationals and this was perfect. Quiet, clean and located very close to everything we needed! Would definitely book again!

Great Weekend
This rental had everything we needed and was very clean. We didn't get to much time to relax in the rental due to our daughter's softball tournament but it was very comfortable and quiet when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.

Short Family Vacation Stop
Overall property was clean and as advertised. Very satisfied with the rental property itself. The restaurant located onsite was not good. Food was below average and I do not recommend eating here as there are plenty of other options within 5 minutes of the resort.

One of the best locations we stayed in. Love that the Tanger Outlet is close by!
Overall experience on our vacation was very relaxing and fun! The only thing I noticed and felt that it was too much debris around the entry way of the Condo. I’m not sure if they have a building and grounds keeper, but that would have made the outside look much better. Condo was very clean with all amenities! Will definitely refer a family!
