The faucets have been replaced as were the dishes, we are planning adding a mini split AC/HVAC system as soon as the unit is vacant for the need time. There is not much more we can do with the driveway as it is a narrow one way street so it is not friendly to Large SUV's and trucks.

We are making every attempt to keep the shower drain unclogged from hair getting trapped, a mini split HVAC will be going into the unit once we have a window of opportunity. We will review our current disclosure of proximity to Ocean and revise accordingly. We wish there was something to do with the "funky" neighbor we are so sorry if they made your trip less than excellent.
