Publicado em 18 de jul de 2023 na HotelsA estadia foi razoável pois nos deram um apartamento com cama Queen e nossa reserva estava King. A pessoa que nos atendeu no checkin era seca e pouco prestativa. Nenhum dos benefícios Gold foram dados, nao tivemos early checkin, nem upgrade de apartamento, nem a garrafa de vinho ela disse que podia dar, tivemos que pedir depois, daí sim nos deram. O café da manhã que pagamos USD 30 por pessoa não vale a pena e o host do Serafina foi extremamente grosseiro. Definitivamente não recomendo o hotel.

Hotel Bom no geral
Publicado em 29 de jun de 2023 na HotelsÓtima localização, lobby maravilhoso, quarto confortável, tamanho decente para NY. Os atendentes não eram dos mais simpáticos e solícitos (padrão americano). Pelo status do Hotéis.com, tinha direito à uma garrafa de vinho e Check out tardio, não recebemos o vinho e fomos cobradas pelo Check out tardio.

Publicado em 24 de ago de 2021 na HotelsHotel perfeito: limpo, cama confortável e banheiro grande. capsula de café a agua de cortesia diariamente, frigobar. Atendimento 10, equipe cordial e prestativa, em especial na atendente Nora (e ainda fala espanhol).
Localização ideal: 500m da estacão Central e uma quadra da 5a. Avenida. Ficaria novamente nesse hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was a decent size - beds are comfy and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a good buffet selection as well as a menu to order from.
Service is a little hit and miss. Some team members were excellent, others less friendly / helpful. Also found it odd to have disposable cups in the room - not very eco-friendly. No Expedia VIP acknowledgement - no perk / upgrade which was disappointing.

This is such a great location with close walking distance to all the best places. Staff was lovely. Serafina and the MAD bar are delicious and so convenient. I’d absolutely stay here again.
